I too fell for the scam! I ordered some bracelets om 3/6/2017 from a Facebook post! On 3/16/2017 asked by email where my order was and again on 3/21/2017 threatening them to dispute transaction if I don't hear back from them.On 3/22/2017 i get an email from Anna stating they have a lot of orders to fill my order was coming from PA and will be shipped within a week and not take more than 5 Business days to arrive. On April 6 I received an email with a tracking # but it says Pre shipment info. Awaiting item. I just called my credit card co. And I am disputing transaction!

My experience is the same as many reviewers here. I ordered 2 bracelets from the Facebook page ad on March 8 and have not received my merchandise, although they cashed my payment on March 8. I have written them repeatedly and was told they had too many orders, and that my order would be processed and shipped within 5 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I wrote them the other day and demanded a refund. I have not heard back. I went to PayPal this evening to try to dispute the transaction but their website doesn't allow me to enter the option that I want: I tried calling them but ran into one roadblock after another. This was after business hours so perhaps the automated service couldn't help. I will try again tomorrow. Has anyone successfully reached PayPal and opened a dispute claim? Thanks.

In summary, I will NEVER deal with this company again.

Placed my order for the Buddhist Amazonite Mala Bracelet/Necklace - on 3/19/17 and received an order confirmation. Payment made through paypal. I have tried to contact the company numerous times and no response. The link for the contact me is a "no-reply" email address. Very disappointed but at least now I know I am not alone regarding the problems with this company. Facebook should block their ads effective immediately. I ordered a similar product from TURKEY, yest TURKEY and it only took 3 weeks from it being handmade to being delivered to me, clearing customs and everything.

I just read a review from someone else who's having the same problem I am. I clicked on a Facebook ad to buy a product and they charged my credit card immediately, but over a month later I have yet to receive the item. I have called and left a message and sent an email from the contact page of their website and still haven't heard a peep. It's been several days since I contacted them. Also, I rec'd a FB message from them with an update including the order # and a button to check tracking. USPS says it is an invalid tracking number. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on March 6th, accessed through a 'click' ad on Facebook. They tagged my credit card immediately, but now over a month later I have yet to receive my merchandise. On their web site "order lookup" it indicates that the order is "in process" and hasn't even shipped yet! I have sent them many messages through facebook, email, and phone voicemail. They have YET to resolve the problem. At this time I am moving forward and disputing the charge on my card. PranaHeart is nothing but a disappointment.

This is my latest update on PranaHeart order. I ordered on 3/20; paid in full; no where on the site did it say '... may take over a month to get your order..."; no update, no communication; I called several times (trust me; there is NEVER a live person for you to speak to; it always goes directly into voicemail to leave message); sent several emails to Customer Support. Report problem to PayPal; then same day received an email with tracking number from "Anna" on 4/7. Tracking number only mentioned "Pre-Shipment..."... More waiting... Escalated to PayPal on 4/24; Lo behold, received my items on 4/26! Over a month of waiting as these were gifts.!
So... lesson learned, unless you're in a real hurry, you can order, at your own risk, as your order may/may not come; it's a shame since the malas are nice; unsure if they're real stones or just glass, but nonetheless the order came; BUT I'd never order from them again though.! It's too much of a hassle!

Same as most others here, I ordered based off an ad on Facebook. My paypal account was immediately charged. 3 weeks later, when I had received nothing, I started to investigate. Order still says "in process", no response from the company. Submitted a claim in PayPal for order not received, sent a message to pranaheart for a refund. Over a week later, when no response had been given by pranaheart, I escalated the dispute in PayPal. Within an hour, I received an email with a tracking number... which has never updated. I'm hoping PayPal gives my money back, but more so, I hope no one else gets taken by these scam artists!

I placed two orders around March 8-9th, I have received 2 malas as of today. I am hoping the rest of my orders will arrive in the next few days.
It has been a long wait, however, the two malas I received are just Beautiful. They have been worth the wait and I am expecting the rest of my orders to be just as Beautiful. As of today, April 5,2017, I will say "Be patient, they are worth the wait".
Considering where they are coming from and getting an overwhelming response, that would delay orders. Especially, if they did not have a large inventory. They have responded to all of my messages. I have not had any issues with this company. Of course I wish I had received both of my orders completely at the same time. However, I am trying to be very understanding. If it's a small company, with a small inventory or made to order, and they received an overwhelming amount of orders, it will take time to fill them all. I have nothing negative to say about them. The malas I have received are just like the ones advertised and just as Beautiful.
