I purchased 2 Amethyst Malas in February and had delivery in just a few days. My daughter purchased 2 Chakra bracelets a couple of weeks ago, and received them yesterday. I ordered 2 of the Amazonite Malas on March 5th, and the order is still being processed. I can only hope that since our first orders were timely, there is a different source, and/or demand is higher than anticipated. Being patient...
Now April 23rd, and I wanted to update. I received the beautiful Amazonite Malas on Thursday 20th. Hopefully everybody else who was impatient received theirs, too.
Well... I should have checked the reviews first, I guess. I placed an order March 10, and, according to their site, my order is STILL being processed as of today, April 4. The company has not responded to my emails or FB comments, so I am trying to resolve the problem through Paypal. Stay away... not worth the risk...
Wow. I am having the same experience. They took my money and nothing has shipped. I have been unable to get any response on the status of my order. Very poor customer service. I will be contacting the BBB.
I ordered 2 bracelets March 9th. I have called them, emailed, and Facebook messaged them. No response. They have now disabled their FB page so no one can post or comment. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I urge all those who have had a similar experience to do the same.
Just like countless other reviews, I ordered a bracelet on March 11,2017 that never arrived. You can email, but it'll be returned. I'm shocked such a scam is allowed to continue on FB. I've logged a complaint with PayPal, but I expect I threw out the $30.00 out the window.
I got a response finally. I also ordered a bracelet on March 9. Anne responded that they had such an overwhelming number of orders from the ad that they are just back ordered. She said I should have it within 5 business days. Hang tight a little longer.
Took my money; the order confirmation has a "contact us" link that is a do-not-reply email address. I found a phone number, but it says that no operators are available to take calls and they will call you back. I tried the FB chat feature that says they are highly responsive-no response. I tried to leave a review on their FB page and it says the administrator has to review my post. I wish I would have checked this site before I ordered. Just another scam...
Just like all the rest, placed order on 3/9/2017... nothing shipped; calls go straight to voicemail and automated email responses are shady and vague. Do not buy from this site... go elsewhere. Check site reviews first. I just contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for which I received nothing.
I placed an order on March 7th which was to be shipped in two days. I still have not received my merchandise. All efforts to contact this company has failed. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They also don't respond to post on social media. I have to call my back to see if they can reverse the charges since I paid for several products that weren't received.
I ordered from them on March 12th and never received my braclet. I have called them several times and can never get a live person, it always goes straight to voicemail saying there are no available agents to take my call. I have left messages and have not received a call back. I also sent emails and did not receive a response that way either. I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back along with reporting them to the BBB
I ordered a bracelet on the 7th of March. I have not received it nor have they answered or returned my phone calls or messages.
I ordered on March 12th and have not received anything two weeks later. There is no way to track an order, the phone is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. I'll contact my bank and the BBB if I don't hear from them soon.
My bracelet I received was not at all like the one in picture I thought I was ordering. Very disappointed.
I ordered on March 10th, and still waiting. I emailed them couple of times with a no response from them. My card was charged. I will contact PayPal to reverse my charge. Please don't waist your time and money with this company, it is a FRAUD!
Update! I am still waiting! Have you noticed all of the positive review above the negatives are very recent?! I wonder how they forbtheirs before mine - :). . I got contacted by Sarah from PH asking me to remove my review in lieu of compensation. I told her I am not asking for a freebie, and all I wanted to do is have their truthful response. She said my package was leaving PA on the 25th of last month. Still no package! When I checked my order is says still processing! WOW!
Will be calling PayPal to get a refund! Terrible CS! Don't order from them!
I have tried everything to find out the status of my order. I was BLOCKED from being able to post or DM via Facebook. All of my comments inquiring about my order were DELETED. Clearly they are reading my requests. They responded to one person on this site after she threatened to go public about her experience to her 5000 fb followers. To that they responded.
Sounds like a common theme. Place an order, they take your money and you can never reach them. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
I placed my order on March 8th and still have not received it. Emailed several days ago and still no response from them. Very unhappy and will never order from them again.
I placed my order on March 5, and have not received it and I've been trying to reach PRANA HEART since- probably 4 times with no response from them. Is this a legitimate company or not? I couldn't get a human to answer their telephone, only a recording and I left messages too- but no one returned my calls. I will be disputing my $47.00 charge that immediately was on my credit card bill if myotder does not arrive in the next few days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERCICE
I am so sad to see these reviews but in a way relieved that I am not the only one. They were advertising on Face Book and numerous friends "liked" them. I checked out the website and placed an order for the Amazonite necklace on March 8th. NEVER got a shipping notification and have sent FOUR emails to date with not one response. So completely frustrating! This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down! I want my money back too and compensation for the frustration it has caused me! If I could rate them a NEGATIVE 10 I would. And to think they are selling products that help with "well-being" and "balance". They should be sued!
I ordered on 3/11/17. They took my money on 3/13/17. Item still not shipped. No response to inquiries. Very disappointed.
