Love it! It's beads are darker than they appeared to be online but I like it better! Quality is great, much better than expected. Would have liked a paper explaination of sample of how to word intentions and for how long ect.

I too had placed my order in the middle of March and didn't receive an answer to my emails. However, I think the problem was that this is a small company that got overwhelmed by the response to the FB ad. Should they have responded promptly to my email? Yes, of, course in a perfect world they should have. I finally got a response from Ann who apologized and then kept me informed of my order. I think we need to cut this company some slack. It was a mistake which they've more than made up for. If you have the tracking order, use it. It does work. I received my order today and it's absolutely lovely and well worth the money. I will order from this company again.
I ordered bracelets for myself and my daughters in March. We just now received them, and they are so beautiful! Unsure if the stones are authentic or not, but even if they are glass, we love them. My oldest daughter received many compliments on hers when she wore them to school today. So lovely.

The beads I ordered have done a tremendous job at balancing me spiritually as well as physically and mentally. My mala bracelet sort of took a while to ship, which was slightly concerning at first, and I was actually quite skeptical. However, I did get in contact with their customer service department, who assured me that my bracelet was on its way. Once it was delivered I was very relieved and finally was able to enjoy my eye-catching accessory. I have actually had a few people ask me about my mala bracelet and inquire where I purchased it, so naturally I let them know of this website. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one since I was so satisfied with the product. I will most likely consider buying from Pranaheart again in the future.
I was really worried about my prana heart necklace not arriving (I have several mala bracelets and recently bought one of their necklaces) I have not had any complaints previously with my orders. So when the bracelet took longer than expected I contacted customer service. They were so excellent and respectful. Apparently it was just a computer software issue! They resolved the issue and got my precious beads to me at light speed. I love prana heart!
The shipping took a long time. The wait was definitely worth it though. The bracelet was very pretty and durable. All of my friends ask where I got it when we go out.

These guys offer a great selection for zen jewelry. I bought two different bracelets from them and love them! They help me focus on my mantra and make a nice accessory to many of my outfits. Very reasonably priced products. People have been complaining that they had problems with the shipping but I didn't have any issues at all

I love this mala, although I was anticipating a bit more range of colors throughout the strand. The colored beads are concentrated in one area. However, it it lovely wrapped and I'm happy I purchased it.

I ordered my bracelet 2 days before Easter and received it the Tuesday after Easter. I thought this was fairly quick being a Holiday weekend. I also really like the bracelet and how it looks. Great product, Great price, would buy again!
