Ordered March 9th payed right away and still do not have product you can't get a live person on the phone and they keep giving you a tracking number but USPS says never received package

Like so many others we placed an order, money was taken but nothing delivered. Many contacts later yielded stalling tactics; "Order on it's way" "Expect delivery soon", BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
Suspicious spread of review results equal number of 1 vs 5 with nothing in the middle looks like Prana has hired help to write glowing reviews to counter the real extremely negative reviews.
Maybe time for law suit.

This is very sad and teaches us all to look into companies before giving personal info and ordering. I would have NEVER bought from them had i read reviews first and certainly don't believe all of the positive ones. More people should be warned about them. They lie again and again. That simple i don't expect to see my money or merchandise. Please keep posting true reviews so others don't order.

Like a lot of others here, I ordered on 3/9, got a notice that it shipped 4/6 but tracking says that USPS is still awaiting the item. On Facebook, they only respond to customers posting positive things and never respond to the hundreds of angry customers still waiting for their stuff. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a bracelet on March 12 and it still has not shipped and it's April 24th. There custome service line is a voicemail that says no one is available. No responses to email or their help desk did not respond. This is a scam!

Ordered a bracelet on March 9 and now it is April 21 and still not delivery. I cannot get ahold of anyone and they keep saying not to worry.

At first I was nervous because when I got my mala bracelet it sort of tugged on the hair on my wrist slightly. This may just be me though, as I typically am not used to wearing bracelets. Once I was able to adjust to the feeling it was fine. The beads themselves are extremely beautiful and I think I might consider buying from Pranaheart again!

What a great find! I heard about pranaheart from facebook and ended up purchasing the Green Flower Stone Mala. It is just so gorgeous! The colors seem somewhat duller than what I was expecting, but it still catches the eye and I continue to get a lot of compliments for it!

I bought the Natural Dark Green Stone Mala Bracelet from Pranaheart and I just love the deep green color in it. I wear it stacked alongside of my other bracelets. I would definitely order from this shop again. Could use some work on their end since it took a rather long time to actually receive the product, but overall not a bad experience.

Once you receive your bracelet (I ordered the Buddhist Amethyst Mala Bracele) it may take some time to finally get delivered, but then again most good things do. You will be amazed at the wonders it will do for you. I love the quality and how it feels while wearing it, plus it can function as either a bracelet or a neckless... two in one!

The bracelet I received has helped me truly focus my chi. I don't usually buy these types of items online but this is actually a quality product. It took some time for me to receive this item but it was well worth the wait.

I have 2 of your malas, and one on the way. I love them. I can wear them in a variety of ways, and they fit so perfectly with my "namaste" lifestyle. I can wear them dressed up or very casual, and they layer nicely with my other jewelry. I am definitely going to be a collector of these!

The agate beads are dark instead of the pastel ones shown in the photo so it mostly looks brown. It does have the blue, green, clear crystal, two painted white beads shown in the photo, and along with the silver dividers so there is a nice variety on top. I wear it day and night because it makes me feel calmer.
