When trying to get in contact with them about where my order was (as it had not come as soon as i was expecting), they were extremely helpful in explaining the situation and informing me of where my order was. And when my order eventually came, I feel in love. Will be doing future business with them

This bracelet has such appeal and I really like how it goes with a lot of my outfits. The shipping time was super late, but luckily I'm a patient person. Otherwise, I would have said some nasty things.

I love my bracelets, I've been collecting them every birthday, my husband gets me a new one and i always feel so at ease when wearing them. Love pranaheart. :)

I absolutely love my PranaHeart bracelet with the colorful beads. I wear it all the time and get many compliments. I was slightly disappointed in the late shipping, otherwise I would give this company 5 stars.

I ordered a bracelet/ necklace from this site on March 9th and until today April28th I still have not recieved it! The tracking system isn't working from the USPS, so who knows where it is! Never will I order from them again and it's to bad, because their stuff is pretty!

I am in the same situation. Ordered a mala on 3/9/2027 and have a tracking number that says it's in pre-shipment as of 4/7/2017 yet I've not received the item yet. This is just unacceptable.

No response no order delivered but imagine that... YOU have been PAID. Furious at this point. Beyond angry at this point
