SOB's... ordered 3/10... still no bracelet and still no reply. They need to be reported to a consumer fraud agency. I hate this BS. The lowest rating is 1... they are less than 1...
Wish I read all these reviews before ordering bracelet. Ordered my bracelet on 3/10/17. They took my money on 3/13/17. Still have not received bracelet. I emailed them and no response.
No response from my e-mail and when I call the customer service number a recording says there are no agent to take my call... ever! But they are quick to respond to positive feed back on social sites that are probably fake reviews any way! Venting right about now. I will report them if I do not get a response. The rating is only because I can't give 0
Ordered 3/4/17 says its still processing order. Tried to call left message no response.to those of you who did receive the product how long did it take you to get it from the time you placed the order. Need a hundred words to even submit a response. One two three four five six seven right nine ten yada yada yada yada yada

Never sent the bracelet. No phone operator ever available. Bunch of crooks. Everytime you call the customer service no a msg comes on saying one available. I will report this company and now need to get my money back. Crooks.
I placed this order 20 days ago and only received 1of3 items. I rec'd 1 email with a tracking #. I thought all 3 will arrive together, but they didnt. US Postal stated imports have to identify & log in all items & if the packet doesn't list all items the other items were not shipped because you have to rcv'd an email with a tracking # for all items. I Try contacting prana via email&phone n had no response. That list on their website is a joke * it says "an application error has occur, goodbye" I tried calling the number listed on the US package I received for the 1 item * and that # says I reached a phone number that hasn't set up a voice mail. A legit business will have customet service available. This is soooo frustrating because I was looking forward to receiving all items. If I could give a negative rating I would had. I received the cheapest item which it's gorgeous but I'm very very disappointed for not receiving all together.

I received 3 of 4 items, shipped from China. Still waiting on 1 that's supposed to ship from PA. These beads are super small. The bracelet isbbadically a necklace. The decorative thread on my bracelet has already fallen off & one of them gave me a rash on my wrist. Wishing I hadn't spent over $70 on this site. It's pretty but feels like fashion jewelry. Doesn't have the weight of properties I am looking for.
I received my order in a timely manner however, I thought I was ordering a 3-row amethyst bracelet but I received a necklace. Sent an email to Prana Heart but have not heard from them yet. Is it understood that a necklace IS the bracelet? It's pretty, but not what I had in mind.
Ordered an item in November well in time for Christmas delivery. They say it was delivlered, but it was not. I made six attempts to get them to pay attention; finally filed a complaint through Paypal. Because Prana Heart says they delivered the item, Paypal refuses to go any further with my complaint. What ever happened to "The customer is always right" ethic? And where is my mala?
I'm not sure if it's real amethyst or just glass. I will say that it's very pretty, but I am a huge crystal lover and wanted to be wearing Amethyst. However, probably should have known by the less than 20 bucks price that it was probably synthetic. "created" Amethyst would have been fine because it holds the same properties. CAN'T find anything on the website about this product, only facts about amethyst. Not if this really is one. ;) Ah well.
Ordered bracelet for my BFF for Christmas and didn't find out until later she never received it. I emailed them and they answered twice with an apology but still no merchandise over a month later. I tried calling and they do not answer, just voice mail they never return. I tried their FB page and chat, still nothing. So it was supposed to be sent Dec 9th and as of today, it still says my order in in China somewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have not refunded me either. BAD experience I should have known better to do since it was a FB ad that drew my attention to them. DON'T LOSE MONEY on these guys.
Not sure if the company is legit. I ordered something a month ago that I still haven't received. How convenient since the refund policy states they will not refund past 30 days of purchase. I understand their website states it may take longer to ship since the items come from China, but NOT FOUR WEEKS. Do NOT buy something from this site! I'm sure it's not even real.
I was issued a tracking number immediately upon ordering. The item shipped from China, and so took several weeks, but that was not the fault of the company.
The amythist mala was exactly as advertised, and I wear it nearly every day. I intend to order several more.
Two weeks since order and never received bracelet. Tracking stops on Aug. 9th and seems item never left China. I was very unhappy and contacted my cc company to dispute but a couple of days after I did that I did receive my bracelet and got a reply from Prana Heart so it took almost three weeks to receive and the bracelet is ok not worth what I paid. But I will keep it but would not order from them again.
