Ordered a crystal quartz mala bracelet from a Facebook ad. It took a Paypal dispute to finally get my order shipped out. In all fairness, the bracelet is beautiful and looks just like the picture in the ad. It's a mix of stone and glass beads which is what I expected for the price. Probably would not order again from this company though, far too much hassle.
I ordered a bracelet Nov 13... it is now Dec 13 and I am still waiting! When I contacted Prana Heart all they say is that tracking has not been updated.
Needless to say I will never order from here again!
I ordered from an ad on Facebook. Got suspicious. Tried to follow up. No response just an offer for 15% off next purchase. I don't want a discount, I just want my order. Fake company? Fraud or just incompetence? Can't believe I fell for this.
Update: it took a few weeks but the products did arrive and they were beautiful. Satisfied.
I ordered a necklace for my yoga practice and it stated that it had 108 beads. Well guess what? I counted then and it was only 106 beads, plus a few broken cheap beads included in the bag... REALLLY? How can a company like this do business. They have yet to return my message or respond back to me about this. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD! And should be reported to the better business bureau. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY.

Placed order 9/19/18 cc was charged never received product. Do not purchase anything from this company they are a fraud. They keep blocking my comments on FB.
I bought a breacelet, it took for ever to arrive, kept contacting them and they said this supplier was slow in shipping, but when bracelet arrived it wasn't at all what I ordered. I didn't want a refund only to get the necklace I ordered. After 2 weeks without any reply I was upset tso I asked to have a return slip, I finally got something online but without a return address. Please note their website doesn't have any information to contact them.
I ordered 4 bracelets and i only received 3. Just like everyone else on this review they wont respond back to my emails. My bracelet was supposedly shipped but they never gave me a tracking number. So who knows if it was ever shipped or not. Not a good company to purchase from. Im beyond upset, after sending a bunch of emails they have the audacity to send me an email to review the bracelet i never received!
After e mailing customer service Eventually was able to speak to rep told her about broken Mala she said it was in the time frame and possibly may be replaced... It was replaced looks just the same as one that broke so no harm done. Customer service is awkward and difficult to access. But very pleasant in the response..
Like an idiot I ordered 3. One claimed to be various stones and crystals- all plastic. The third, took forever to be delivered- came from CHINA, had the wrong name on the package, but at least the adress was right. Supposed to be jade stones. Incredibly cheap plastic! I will be contacting my credit card. RIP OFF.
I ordered 2 bracelets they charged my credit card and NEVER sent the items. Contacted customer service0NEVER heard from them. Total SCAM site-DO NOT BUY. There are many people that experienced the same thing. I should have read more up on them before I purchased-my bad! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
The worst customer service I have encountered in my long life.
I ordered 3 items.
I received one.
I emailed them about the other 2.
They told me I would get them "soon".
3 months later and still nothing (after yet another few e-mails).
Also, their prices change all the time. You buy an item, and then it's cheaper (and I don't mean like having missed a sale).
Today I get an email from them asking me if I got the other two items, even though I have already asked for a refund in my last communication to them.
At first I kept seeing their ad on fb, and I commented asking them when I would receive my order, and I was blocked from being able to write anything on their fb (just for asking when I could expect my order, nothing negative).
I am so angry now.
I'm going to talk to my bank first thing Monday morning (I should not have waited this long, but I was trying to be patient with them).
They tell people on facebook that their items are not from China, but they *are* from China.
I've also seen excuses from them that March was too busy for them, and that now they are back on track... LIES.
I ordered on January 14th.
No excuse!
I STILL get ads from this company on facebook and on Google.
This company should be shut down!
***The FTC and BBB needs to get all these complaints from all the unsatisfied customers.***

After ordering a mala bracelet/necklace: Prana Heart failed to send me a tracking number. I revisited the site to enter my order number, which kicked back a message that it could not be found. I sent them a message then all of a sudden i get a tracking number. When i opened the tracking it was the wrong address along with my business name in which I never gave them that info. I have not received my product and opened a dispute with my bank. Something is not right with this company!
Ordered an obsidian & tigers eye bracelet. I've only wore it a handful of times and turns out the obsidian is just painted clear beads and the paint is coming off. Very disappointing. I could have made this bead & elastic bracelet myself for less than a dollar. Picture is below.
I actually had the opportunity to have this blessed by a temple monk in Vietnam and it is even more special to me now. It brings me peace and helps me to not judge others... I love it!
Its a truly beautiful piece and I am thrilled and delighted with it. I would love to order more in different stones and likely will when my budget allows. Thank you also for the reliable service, great communication and excellent service.
Ordered two malas. Received only one so far - the "amethyst" mala. It's not crystal. It's amethyst colored glass and the beads aren't even consistent shape or size. And they are connected with cheap elastic cord to add to the insult. Contacting my Credit Card on this one. Not losing that much money!
I cannot begin to tell you how extremely pleased I am with my bracelet! Its beauty & the energy it emits bestows a tranquil, gentle peace to me throughout my day! Looking forward to purchasing another from your collection very soon!
Purchased 2 bracelets... 1st one broke taking it out of bag... beads fell everywhere!
2nd bracelet- paid for it-never received it! They won't return emails, voicemails!
