Goods not received

I ordered 2 malas in the beginning of February and they still have not arrived in April! I contacted customer service by email, as that was the only option, and they eventually sent me an email back saying the goods were coming in March, but there was a problem with the tracking number. As I still have not received the goods now by end of April, I sent 2 more emails, but no one replied to me.
There is no option to track items, it just says the items are shipped. And there is no option to get the money back.

I ordered through a Facebook link, where they advertise heavily. When I received the bracelet it was not the product I was expecting. I sent them an email and received a response giving me permission to return for an exchange. I did, and even included an additional $5 to be sure I was sending enough for the bracelet I intended to order. I have sent five follow-up emails. This is 2/25, and UPS tracking verifies they received the return on 2/3. I can't believe they don't at least respond to my emails! The bracelet I got was nothing special. I could go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same beads for a lot less. I either want a refund or the CORRECT bracelet.

Poor customer service
December 14, 2020

I placed an order with this company but never got a a confirmation. I have called twice and left voicemails and I have emailed them 3 times but still no response. I noticed they have an F rating with the better business. I am sorry at this point I ever placed an order with them. Do not trust these people.

Prompt and Quality

The triple protection bracelet arrived on time and it is beautiful. When I put it on I felt a light vibrating for a second. And since I ve been wearing it, all 5 of our cats have stayed close. This is not usual

Poor quality

Very disappointed My merch did not look like photographs and I do not think glass beads qualify for amethyst or agate. Color only. Cheap junk worth 1/10 what i paid. Buyer beware!

The necklaces are just dyed resin. Cute but not exactly the chakra balancing stone I was hoping for. The bracelets are pretty but definitely not real stone. Probably just decorative beads. Shipping was slow. Customer service was slow too.

Beautiful jewelry

Great price, easy to contact. Trusted quality. Im in the jewelry biz. I like to buy crystals and stones. There are alot of companies out doing similar things. This is onbe of the best of its kind. Be careful of cheap copies that are glass and pass themselves off as crystal or semi precious. I reall y like their site and choices plus gift bag is included.

Where is my refund

I ordered some bracelets and they took awhile to come. The representative did explain why and I was fine with that. However, one of the bracelets/necklaces is way too big for me to wear as a wrap around my wrist and even as a necklace. I'm three weeks still waiting to return it! I've emailed and happen to google them and found this site. I called the number supplied on here and I had to leave a message. The item is very pretty but I can't wear it. I am hoping I'm not taking a $40 loss!

I really don't understand these reviews. I'm so sorry for those who had a bad experience as mine was just perfect. I ordered two on Nov. 3rd, they gave me a USPS tracking number and emailed me every step of the way as well as kept me updated on Messenger: it was out for delivery on the 7th and delivered on the 12th. Perfect communication, and I adore both pieces. I have worn one or the other nearly every day since. So gorgeous. I have to give this company two thumbs up from my experience.

The WORST!
November 12, 2019

I purchased a bracelet Oct 18,2019 and I still have not received it. I have sent numerous emails to Prana Heart customer service and have received absolutely NO feedback/response. This company's projection on soul healing practice is completely FAKE. The worst customer services ever and I would never recommend this company/site to my chakra/sacred stone honoring family no one does business with them.

Poor quality products

I bought the Tiger's eye necklace as a gift earlier this year. The recipient let me know that the band holding the necklace was shredding in several places. This necklace was not worn daily. I reached out to Pranaheart and they would not replace but happily offered a 20% off for a replacement purchase. A company that doesn't stand behind the quality of their products already know they are poor quality.
I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Horrible Company

Ordered a mala wrap bracelet and it's not very good quality. Emailed their customer service and they never responded. Wrote all over their Insta that they were a scam and suddenly their Insta account vanished. Currently going through PayPal dispute.

I bought two items, monitored their shipments with the tracking token I received and all went well. The tracker was accurate to the day they arrived! I don't know where the other ppl are based but for context I'm in Southern Ontario, Canada.
I'm still wearing both as bracelets ( I got the tiger eye and the Sea sediment |Jasper Howlite mala bracelets) and I love them. Looking at making a next purchse soon.

I ordered the Mala bracelet. It has 110+ beads not 108. I asked about return, was sent address. I was charged more than it should have been. My order number is not recognized on the form. I returned the bracelet and have tracking, they have the bracelet, now no bracelet and out $28.99. They just keep replying to email with a question.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. I purchased a bracelet, wore it gently, and it still broke within 8 months. Beads everywhere. Bought another, thinking that was a fluke. One week in and it's already showing signs of the elastic string shredding. Again, I'm treating it gently. Poor quality and even poorer customer service. Sure, you can fill out a customer service form, but good luck getting a response.

I purchased a mala from their site, which took nearly a week to ship out. I wore it three times before the elastic string snapped (without any effort on my part), sending beads and fillers everywhere. When I reached out to contact them on their site (the contact form is really hard to find), I never heard back from them. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company AND filing a complaint with the BBB against them.
