I have not used the item purchased yet, therefore, I only rated it at two (2) stars. IF it works as good as is stated on the instructions I will be a very happy camper.
I had to order a replacement A/C shroud for a discontinued Coleman A/C unit. PPL Staff promptly answered the phone, knew the right part, it was on sale, and they shipped it promptly. It arrived sooner than I expected and in good condition.
I will certainly us PPL again and recommend it to everyone

Ordered the Kwikee Series 32 steps on Saturday afternoon and received them Wednesday morning. Excellent pricing and excellent service. I would highly recommend PPL Motorhomes for parts for your motorhome.
Water heater arrived promptly, but I was dismayed to see it had extensive sheetmetal damage. I spent a fair amount of my time trying to straighten the metal. The shipping container appeared in good condition, so I can only assume the water heater was already damaged when shipped from your facility. The water heater is installed and appears to be working properly, but I wonder how rough of treatment the control unit was exposed to, and if it will effect the life of the unit. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the product I received from PPL, and probably should have returned it. I cannot comment on their customer service because I did not contact them.
