The pricing was very competitive and the people I spoke with were knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. The shipping was faster than I expected.
The only area I feel that could use improvement is notification and tracking of shipments. I heard nothing once my order was placed and only found out when the trucking company contacted me to attempt a delivery. This was not an issue as I was not in a rush situation.
I will consider PPL as my first choice in the future for my needs.

Air Conditioner was delivered by R&L Truck lines. The tracking website clearly said in two places to inspect the merchandise before signing and accepting it. When the driver off-loaded it, he told me to sign (two initials and one signature), indicating everything was ok. I told him what the website said, and he said it was his company's policy to not allow inspection until it was signed for. He said if anything was wrong the packaging would be all torn up. I reluctantly accepted it since he would not let me have the merchandise or inspect it until I signed for it. I was not happy about that and should have called the company then and there. I was perhaps fortunate there does not seem to be anything wrong so far.

I had to return a portion of my shipment because it was not compatible with my RV. Unlike most on-line retailers, PPL does not provide assistance with return shipping, so I had to pay twice what it cost PPL to ship to me. Although I was happy with the price I paid, exposure to retail shipping costs for returns makes shopping with PPL a risk over competitors like Amazon, which sells the product I bought for about the same price. I tried to call customer service twice, and both time was asked to leave a message for a later call back. Not very user-friendly. If I call to place an order I get a human, if I call to discuss a return, I get voicemail.
