Easy.

I"m still waiting to receive my shipment. It seems that it arrived in the Denver the 3rd of Sept. On North Park.
Then RAC picked it up on Sept. 4th. It has been to Utah and hopefully will be here on Sept17th. Poor delivery system.

Right part the first time and the price was good

I liked the price. The package arrived swiftly and was very well packaged.

The web-site for parts is rather poor. A number of the parts could not be located such that I could review. Searching the parts by parts number resulted in each part not being found on the site. It was necessary to call, and with fingers crossed - hope that the Customer Service agent and I got the right part I was looking for.

I Have ordered products twice now from PPl and have really been amazed at the professionalism of this company.Both Times I've ordered on a Monday, and have received my order on Friday of the same week.Not only have the prices been great,but the shipping has been fantastic.Keep up the great work.

Ordered 2 30 amp extension cords at a price that beat every other RV store. Product arrived in 3 working days. Expected 69 day delivery. Quality of purchase is very high and I will continue to use PPL in the future.
