My only problem involved what seemed to be a long delay between placing my order and shipment. I ordered on a Thursday before Labor Day. I expected shipment on Fri, the item was in stock, but no tracking info was received. On Tue after Labor Day I called customer service and left a voice mail message, as I was #8 in line. I heard nothing back that day so called again on Wed, leaving another message questioning shipping and tracking info. About an hour later a very nice lady called and promised to personally check on the order. Soon I got a call back saying order would go out right away and I would then get tracking info. From then on everything went as expected and the order arrived when FedEx promised.
Great service tech. Answered all the questions that I needed to make sure I got the correct part I needed,now I did have to let him know what price I was looking at on the web, his was a little different than what I was seeing, after I told him the price he agreed that was what he seen also.
The air conditioner that I bought was the lowest price I found anywhere online, and was shipped quickly and very efficiently. It was received in perfect condition. Shopping for the a/c on the PPL website was easy.
