When I called my order in, I talked to a young man(young by my standards)who, after discussing my order in detail said he would have to call me back, which he did the next day. He asked for measurements and model numbers after which he wrote the order at the price we both agreed on. Several days later the order arrived on time and complete and in great shape. The next day a friend of mine and I installed this package in 4 hours which we had estimated would take 2 days.

Just about dropped my jaw when my replacement awning arrived the very NEXT day...I was looking for it in 4 or 5 days from Texas and not just from over the hill from us.
Our heater door flew off as we were driving. I found the door on your website, manufacture and information was correct. However, there was no size or dimension of the heater door. With my luck, I ordered the wrong one. Now I have to return, pay shipping and restocking fee. You really need to put dimensions on all your items.

Best prices I have found. I love the Awning Wizard. I never received notice that my order had shipped or a tracking number. That was the only down fall. Otherwise a great shopping experience. I would definitely order from PPL Motorhomes again.
Everything was fine except whoever packed the orders put in next to no packing materials in the shipping boxes which were three times larger than the items shipped. 12 foam peanuts in a box 12x12x10 doesn't do anything to protect the contents. With everything rattling around in the boxes its a wonder nothing was broken. One of the tubes of caulk had the nozzle knocked back into the tube, but I was able to pull it out and should be able to use it. Not sure if I would order again from PPL due to the poor packing of merchandise for shipping.

Read some great reviews about your business when researching what model to buy, normally buy thru amazon but you where cheaper with better reviews.
