I have always had a five star service from PPL

They had the part I needed and shipped it expeditiously.

Overall all good experience, front passenger tie down was slightly off made it difficult to install since one of the holes didn't line up. But after a string of profanity I was able to get the last bolt in.

Every contact I have had with PPL has been 5 Star. My last order got here two days before I expected it.

I felt I should have received a better price for the total of 4 jacks as advertised for $474 when I ordered the 3 pack it cost $368. I tried to change my order but they tried to charge me way more for one. Anyways not that happy that they didnt honor the price for the 4 pack and even told me that they were changing the price because I mentioned this issue!

Everything was good, except the packaging. One end of the box was just taped and one of the units had a tiny piece of plastic on the end of the wiper blade broken off.
