I was promised that my order would ship on a Friday. It didn't ship until the following Tuesday. I didn't like that.

Packaging was to flimsy size and weight of heater. Housing was crushed and bent. I had to straighten out and bend back into place. Will not effect operation and to return is too much trouble. I will make it work.

Great experience. Received my order in a few short days. Will definitely shop this site again for RV needs.
