Address on package was wrong. Had to contact UPS to get it corrected. Plus item was not packaged correctly. It was loose not in the bubble wrapped correctly.

I was satisfied with the part that I purchased this was my first time buying from here but when I got the part I was in question if it was a new part or recondition one I did not see anywhere that it was a reconditioned one and it said nothing about a warranty I installed it and it works fine but if it fails after a short period of time I will talk to a customer rep. About it.

Made an eBay purchase of a Progressive Dynamics PD4590 complete AC/DC electric panel with 90 amp converter charger for $29.99 total. It was listed as for parts or not working. It was physically clean and in very good condition. I was able to repair it electrically by replacing only a capacitor and a fuse for less than $10 in parts. I'm very pleased with this item that sometimes sells new in the $500 range.
The cable wasn't what I expected so I had to buy an adaptor to make it do what I wanted. That was my fault. Service and delivery was very good.
I ordered a ultraguard and mounting bracket for a Winnebago Motorhome late on a Thursday afternoon with regular shipping expecting to receive it in a week or so.
To my amazement, it was on my door step in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order.
I placed the order on line with PPL as I live in Nevada, and the product actually came from a distribution center in California.

The price for the part we needed was very reasonable but what was amazing was that we received it in 1 day! We didn't arrange for 2 day shipping but just the normal time, so figured maybe up to a week as we're in the Pacific Northwest. So we were amazed when it arrived in less than 24 hrs!
