So far shopping here was very easy
My hot water tank was delivered in perfect shape and with the aid of a friend we had it installed in less than an hour. It works perfect and we are very pleased with it. Thank you PPL as this has been a worrisome problem for a while. Stress is now gone.

It came extremely fast and installation and hook up was a breeze replacing my original unit and was the correct size for my unit. The bracket was great but all the hardware was from some strip job. Bent screws none of the hardware matched the booklet NONE most of the screws were used, had to go to Home Depot to get screws and bolts.
It was a great experience shopping with PPL. Saved big money and the item arrived in 2 days. Can't wait till my next purchase. One HAPPY camper.

We are snowbirds and are currently in Bullhead City, AZ. We asked you folks, prior to shipment, to ship the two fan motors, need for our 5th wheel, to the Bullhead City address. They were shipped to our home address in Hiawatha, Iowa. Ergo, we have no idea if the items were as ordered until we return in April and see what was shipped. Some of the ratings on the above survey may improve once we have the products are in our hands.
