Suburban SF 30Q furnace and received a Suburban SFV 35Q.The person filling the order must be illiterate the model number is in 2 inch bold letters on box. I called customer service the Saturday I received the furnace and reported the mistake,they told me nothing could be done till Monday and it would be shipped first thing and a customer service rep would call me. I called customer service Monday at 9 AM and all lines were busy I left my number for a call back.I called again at 10:30 and left another voice mail,at 11:00 my call was returned, I was told the right furnace was being shipped and how to return the other. I was told I would get it the next day but did not receive it till Wednesday late evening.
I received my order promptly and installed the tray in a few minutes. It is loaded and works great.

I received my WD hitch and everything was fine, the only negative I can say is the nut on the ball was so tight I like to never got the nut off to install the ball.
It was a great price for the hitch as it is VERY well made and VERY HEAVY, better than most for the price!
Some of the products could use better descriptions and technical notes. I received the product damaged do to poor packaging at the plant, it was able to slide around in the box and the edges got smashed in, this was on a rv furnace.
Best price sale price I found so I ordered today.
It was a lot cheaper than the Yamaha dealer
I was very satisfied with dish and the fast delivery of product. Dissatisfied about window bracket. Not what I expected. The dish cannot pick up signal because its to close to window or truck. Over all I'm happy and have referred other truckers to your website.
