Very fast shipping received on date that was specified. Could not find it locally,I searched eBay for the compartment door thumb latches pplmotorhomes was the only one that had the 13/8" latch. Will purchase from them again! Thanks

Absolutely appalled at how my order was boxed. 4 of the water pumps were out of original pkg. & one had broken port. One of the 5 waste valves was broken. Sorry you couldn't find the appropriate size box or protective material to package my order. On top of that, I was charge for shipping this mess. Awaiting response back from customer service.

Every thing was great, except they didn't ask witch way I wanted the door to swing on the refer I ordered
So I had to call again and they sent a kit to change the swing. They didn't charge me witch was good, but it held me up for the install. Other wise service was very good.

A repeat customer. I think of PPL first when making a purchase.

We ordered the Sewer Solution, got that just fine, and we wanted an extension, which you showed on your website with the Sewer Solution; and not a very detailed description. We discovered when we got them both that the Sewer Solution has a 3/4" hose and the extension was a 1" hose. I did call your Customer Service, she was not able to get me the correct hose, so I'm returning the extension and ordering it elsewhere.

Haven't installed it yet but the part is what I need and it is OEM
