Went to PPL Motorhomes in New Braunfels, ask for Sky Lights that were on sale according to website, office in New Braunfels refused to honor web site advertisement, they wanted full price plus pay shipping to their office in New Braunfels...then come back at a later date to pick them up... which meant another trip from San Antonio to New Braunfels Tx. Price was good but service was less than anticipated from PPL Motor Homes, even though I purchased a $37,000.00 RV from them, got a run around on parts.

Bought a pre-owned RV from PPL:
1greater than People - From the Salesmen, to the Business Manager, to the Service people, to the owner - all were fantastic! We felt that as customers we were important, all employees we dealt with spent a lot of time working with us. Even after the sale - when we needed one last document to complete our out-of-Texas registration - the people were helpful and responsive, finding and then over-nighting that final doc to us.
2greater than Product - the RV we bought was fairly well accurately described. We paid the extra $400 inspection fee which covered most of the RV related systems (generator, refrigerator, water heater, levelers, electrical systems, etc). However- this did not cover chassis related items - engine, transmission, suspension, etc. While all these worked (except for the dash A/C - which we had repaired ourselves) it would have been nice if there was a process in place to better evaluate the chassis systems as well. But we took delivery and then drove the unit 1600 miles back home to California without any problems.
3greater than Overall. We are very happy with our RV purchase and very happy to have bought from PPL.
