It took 2 weeks to get my hot water heater.the reason I ordered a new one is because my old one started leaking so I needed a new one right away and the as said I would get it in 7 days!
I received the wrong part. I took my motor home to an RV repair shop and the lady got the right part and had me going in a day. I think it was a Coleman issue rather than your parts guy. I assumed I couldn't return the part since it was an electrical component. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
I think they are rude, not helpful at all and I won't do business with them again unless I just can't find another place to buy parts. They don't care about you, just the money they can make off of you.
Ordered dryer, received washer, refused the shipment, had to reorder dryer. Note: the first shipping box had 4 different labels on it no wonder it was wrong.

Ordered the BAL Hide-A-Spare at a sale price that was 22% less than the best price anywhere else on the Internet. Even their shipping was unbelievably cheap (flat rate $9.95). There are several model numbers for this BAL product and I was needlessly concerned I'd get the wrong one. UPS Ground delivered the correct product in perfect condition. I had a couple of questions about installation and got them answered quickly with a short email to BAL customer service. My experience here is exactly how I rated it "5 Star".
