First gentleman I spoke to was not very helpful. I was calling for carburetor for onan generator. What he was telling me very was confusing. He was telling me about different carburetors and sounded frustrated because I didn't understand what he was saying. I called back about one week later. This time I spoke to a lady. She ask me for information off the generator, that the that's the person I spoke to never asked for. She took the information put me on hold and came back with the right carburetor.
