A lot of customers will have a driver go to a busy restaurant and order their food, wait 30 minutes, and deliver to there apartment with no directions, and not leave a tip. I dont care how much you are dissatisfied with your order, you still tip the driver for wasting an hour of his time. If every delivery was like that for the driver his pay rate would be $4.00 per hour. If you dont tip then dont order the damn food.

Most recent order with Postmates was accepted at 6:38pm and delivered at 7pm. Postmates charged me $18. For delivery. They said it was due to the distance and being so busy. How far and busy could it have been if the whole process took 22 minutes including the cooking? I will never ever use postmates again.

I ordered food which never delivered it seems the delivery person was lost with the apartments i got only text message i responded no phone call to see where he is and then he left and when i contacted them they answered only by email no phone call to solve the problem and they said this is their policy even if the guy didnt reach to the right address so i have to go to the streets to look for him which is stupid. I wont advise anyone to use this service. They are thieves. And the delivery person was compensated by taking the food which is conflict of interest.

They delivered on time. That is the only positive from both of my experiences. The order was missing three items and all I got from my inquiry was that they will refund $5.00 "as a courtesy". The food that was missing totaled $18.00 and when I replied with this information, they told me that they could not do anything further for me being that the restaurant did not approve a refund.

How is this on the restaurant when I am paying for a service to be sure that my order is complete. Stay away from these crooks.

Thing is, I understand that mistakes are made but what defines a company is how they remedy the issue. Postmates has failed and I recommend never using this so called service. I will not be.

I had a horrible nightmare experience after several OK experiences. I placed an order from a spot 5 min from my house at 6:22 pm. I was promised the food would arrive at 6:53 pm. I thought, Great! Then, The website delivery times kept increasing. Currently it is listed at 8:25 pm delivery. I have contacted Customer Service (only available by email) and the best I have received is "don't worry, your food is on its way" and no empathy for the fact that my family has been waiting now for over an hour vs. the spected delivery time. Completely unacceptable. Not sure if I will ever use them again. Great concept, severely flawed execution.

Today is the second time I have ordered food from Postmates and it has not been delivered and I tried to resolve the issue through email. I'm unable to locate a phone number for them and they will not reverse the charge so I'm now having to dispute it through my bank.

I am so $#*!ing livid right now. I am hungry as $#*! and for the first time I use post mates I don't even have my food 2 1/2 hrs later!? Are you serious! Post mates is a $#*!ing joke. Don't order through these people ever. Save yourself because you will just end up even more hungry and pissed.

This company is a JOKE! From all the delivery companies i have tried this is the worst. They are always cancelling your order, the delivery fee is extrmely high and on top of that they dont even have a customer service number!

So I didn't check the reviews for Postmates before using, which was a terrible mistake. My colleagues and I decided to order from Postmates instead of venturing out for lunch. The estimated price was $45 and some change, but I was ultimately charged $52.80. When I emailed about the discrepancy, customer service replied that such "little difference" in money is expected because of the vendor and that Postmates will "work on getting (vendor)s menu updated going forward."

Wtf?

Made an order and the total came out around $22.00 and was informed they hold a temporary charge that's more than the actual total. Which was supposed to changed on my account after 24-72 hours. I was okay with that until I checked my account 4 days later and saw that they actually charged me $45.00 for the two little things I ordered from the app... ridiculous. Tried to get my money back but they said they can no longer help me out with this situation. Which is funny. I will definitely never ever ever use Postmates again and I'll be sure to tell everyone not too either.

I was looking up the price of a pizza delivery from Postmates and upon discovering that it was going to cost wayyyy too much I decided to decline ordering from them. But mysteriously a charge showed up on my debit card for $54 from Postmates and it caused my acct to overdraft. So, I not only didn't get any food out of this, I also got to pay overdraft fees for a payment I didn't authorize. Oh, and have yet to receive a reply from customer service about this. Total $#*! experience I will never open that app again just in case they charge me just for looking

Worst experience...! They have substituted the item by their own and when i am asking for refund they said your order was complete(which i have not ordered).! Driver also was knowing that he is delivering wrong food. Its a scam.!

What a scam! I cant believe they are still in this business! Super expensive, no customer service, multiple charges and the one way i found to complain/explain what happened with me i got an automated reply?! Really? Its 21st century. DO NOT ORDED!

Because my experience was awesome! The app is super convenient and easy to use. There is guidance given in the app so you can start using it right away.

I had a personal shopping request which is harder and more time-consuming for Postmates shoppers to do. I had to hand-write my list and explain exactly what I wanted.

The Postmates driver I got, Alba in Silicon Valley, was awesome!

Super fast and got EVERYTHING RIGHT! She not only made the Postmates ETA she had a smile on her face when she arrived.

That has been my 1 and only experience so far. I will definitely try them again. The price was fair considering it was a personal shopping request.

I tried joined the free trial plus unlimited, and guess what, they charged me for the free trial. To top it off, my order for $55 did not go through for whatever reason, they said i need to check the information on my card. Anyway, I was also charged for the $55 of food that I did not receive. I was charged $64.41 and I didn't get $#*! for it. I spoke with customer service and they said they will call me within 24 hours. The charge for the food was a pre-authorization... b/s... and they said I should be refunded within 5-7 business days. This is total B/S. They should be able to refund me instantly if they charged me instantly. Do not use their app or service. STAY AWAY!

VERY EXPENSIVE service. While they advertise $ 3.99 on the app, which IS NOT TRUE-. They charged me $14.00 to deliver a 19.00 order. PLUS they do not give you the total amount on the preview order, neither once you placed the order JUST an estimate which is CERO amount. This would sound reasonable while some item/s may be not available to deliver BUT to give you the surprise of charging more than advertised, of course, if they do so, most of the people will not close the order! After delivery i received the total amount for $33.00-I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN, I just made a first try and I am going get the app down right now!
