To who ever reads this. I ordered from Lululemon a wristlet with 2 small pouches. I have received the wristlet with thanks sent by Poshmark. Today I received an email asking me to go through a maze to inform you that I have received it. I refuse to write passwords to set up an account just to say I received this wristlet. Please pay the manufacture as it was received
I received notification that Poshmark is cancelling the order because seller priced it wrong. This was a Christmas gift and over $500 - now I have nothing. Unfair practices to the buyer.
I bought a dress from a seller described as "Like New" and when I got it the dress was altered, smelly and the material was ripped in one area, I sent an email complaining to customer service through their website and through my email the very next day I received the dress and they responded the next day, long story short they told me that I did not sent the complain on time and that they could not do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES INCLUDNG CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Support is unhelpful, the 5-day to-ship time frame changed to 7-10 days after I placed my order. Simply have my money for 10 days with no recourse or support. POS website do not buy through it.
Someone got my credit card information and use it on posh mark I've never heard of this site in California I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin they took money off my card it took me a couple days to get it back from poshmark.com I don't even know who these people are nor whoever got my information.
I've been a seller and buyer on Poshmark for a couple of years now and am moving to another platform. I ship within the 2-3 day shipping policy but not all sellers do. I think it may be a scam to look like they have sold items b.c even if you cancel an item for non shipment it is marked as sold and makes the seller look better to buyers. It's b.s. And Poshmark doesn't let you cancel the order for 10 days, which by then, you could have used the money they're holding to buy another item and even have it by then. I'm angry as this is the third or fourth time it has happened to me, moving on…
We bought two purple Kashmira blow out brushes this year. When the first one we bought in March died, we bought another in October. It also just died 2 months later. A warranty of 7 days from Kashmira or 3 from Poshmark, who we bought it from, is insufficient. I strongly recommend you use Amazon if you feel you must have this product. We have moved on to another manufacture and seller after wasting a few hundred bucks this year with Kashmira and Poshmark. Poshmark deserves it low rating.
I bought a purse that was misrepresented on poshmark, I asked for a refund. They reviewed my case but first offered me a lousy $5 gift certificate if I keep the damaged item. I declined and they approved my case for a total refund. However, they only give you 2 or 3 days to mail it back. Normally that is fine but I work for a living and I get off work when the USPS is closed. They threatened to cancel the approved return and release the money to the seller. T
Poshmark needs to give you a week like ebay does. People work for a living!
Do not ever buy anything on Poshmark. I bought a wool blazer from a seller in Long Island, New York. It arrived with missing buttons, was unclean and had dirt in the pocket. I contacted the seller and let her know that the jacket I received was not in the condition she advertised. The only response I received from her was that she was blocking me and would not respond to my feedback about the condition of the jacket. Not only did it have moth eggs which were undetected at the time, I have since been suffering with a clothes moth infestation, which was caused by the jacket. The $30 wool jacket has now caused me over $1000 in dry cleaning and all other costs associated with the dirty, moth infested jacket.
You order stuff and when you have a problem you contact customer service. Customer service takes a week to not read your email or not comprehend it
I purchased an item on Poshmark from seller terrydowdy, and after a few days of the package not showing as shipped, they said (in Poshmark msging----see attached screenshot) it was "shipped to the wrong address" and that they'd reship it to me if THEY GOT IT BACK. I told them that no, that's not acceptable to me so just refund my money---and the seller terrydowdy BLOCKED me from even communicating again! What absolutely CRAP "customer service"! You're taking my money, not sending me the item because you messed up and sent it to the wrong person, then telling me that I have to wait maybe *forever* to possibly get my purchase? Um, NOPE! Poshmark customer service was also TERRIBLE about this, said they won't help me until more than 20 days have passed (?) and said they can't do anything about the seller. I'm opening a chargeback with my payment provider since POSHMARK won't do diddley to protect BUYERS FROM SCAMMERS LIKE "terrydowdy".

Got some boots and didn't fit. They released my money and I could not get it back. They were completely u helpful. Suggested I resell in their site. That must be how they try hook up new people. Horrible horrible company
Bought a steamer iron combo. Ruined my shirt. Iron was leaking rust. Didn't use it before the bs 3 days were up to send a complaint to get me money back. Will never use Poshmark again.
I havae. Had my Louis Vuitton berri bag listed for sale at poshmark for almost two months. I have reduced the price two times since listing it and all i get is likes and followers. I have reduced the price of the bag two times. Current price being 800.00 for a bag in excellent condition, these bags are currently being sold for between 700.00 up to 2000.00. I think mine is under priced for being in such like new condition. And 800.00 is the lowest price i will take for this bag.

Absolutely horrible experience with poshmark and a top seller on that site. I got the boots I ordered very quick, so that was a plus. But one of the boots was stained quite bad. (Huge stain on at least 1/3 of the boot) The seller did not make it aware that the boots were in the condition they were in, as she only posted photos that did not show the stain and said they were 'like new'. I messaged the seller to tell her about it and return the item. She never messaged me back until I actually opened a claim with postmark support. She then replied with she didn't see the stain (I seriously doubt that) and she was going to contact posh support to have my review removed, and then made to where I could no longer contact her about the item. (they did remove my 'review', even though I said all true things and tried to warn others about that sellers dishonesty) I then had to purchase the return label (only 4$ but I should not have had to pay anything seeing it was not my fault I was returning the stained item) I am just SO disappointed with PoshMark customer support. There is literally NO way to review and warn others so they don't have to go through the same things I have. I will never be using this site again and I will warn others the same. I'd rather deal with EBay!
I found a pair of Vionic running shoes that were advertised as being worn one time. I ordered the item and it came a week later. These shoes are completely unusable. They are very worn out. There is a lump in the liner of the right shoe that is very painful. I contacted the seller and Poshmark. They refuse to take shoes back and no refund. The shoe smells. It has damage on the inside and both heels.I paid 29 plus 8 dollars shipping and the shoes will be in the trash today. I had other people to try on the shoe and each one felt a hard lump in the center of the right shoe. I will never again purchase from Poshmark. I realize they are used shoes but clearly the misrepresented the condition of the shoes. Poshmark is slow to reply to concerns and offer the same generic response each time I contacted them. They offered no resolution.

Customer service is awful. Bought a cardigan with size listed, it was so small and honestly looked like it had been through the wringer even though a NWT was attached. It was refused as a return. I guess I will donate to charity. Poshmark in general has a very poor rating. If Won't be buying from them again.
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
