STAY AWAY!

They condone the use of deceptive advertising by vendors! Poshmark Support will support sellers regardless of how many photographs you submit, so don't even bother contacting them! Money is all that matters to them! Thiefs and Thiefs!

Horrible, just horrible

I placed an order and my charge card was debited. Neither the product nor an updated response ever arrived so I checked my account on their website only to discover they had decided to cancel the order. The reason given was that their shipper does not deliver to my area. Courtesy would suggest they not accept my order in the first place or at a bare minimum they should have advised me of their decision to cancel. I would never have known had I not signed into their website.

At least the charge was refunded plus I now know not to deal with the company (this was my first and last experience). Now I know the reason for their horrible customer reviews.

I purchased an upscale designer dress on Poshmark which was advertised as being in excellent condition,. The dress was authenticated by their specialists. When it came to me, I saw that the dress was authentic, however, visibly damaged with holes in the seat area from wear. I reported this to Poshmark and sent them pictures of the holes. How their authentication specialists missed that remains a mystery. The seller kept saying that dress was in excellent condition. A couple of days later Poshmark, emailed me saying my return request was denied! I was urged to list it again on Poshmark if I was not happy with my purchase so they could make money on it again. I was shocked that I was stuck with a damaged dress, and Poshmark did not protect my purchase! BUYER BEWARE: POSHMARK DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR PURCHASE.

Worse platform
December 25, 2023

Worst platform ever with the worst car and customer services sold the old jade for $250 after about 10 days of waiting for the shipping label, emailed Poshmark customer service almost every day, and finally, they canceled the order, and that was it. No am moving all fine jewelry to another platform.

I ordered a pair of sandles and the seller didn't have them and then takes a week to a month to get money back maybe make sellers remove items that are sold or they get penalized so I don't get penalized because of there mistakes

I was directed to Poshmark, from Google, when I was searching for a certain item. I placed my order and asked a question from the seller. After 3 days, when I received no response, I checked back, and I noticed that the listings don't exist anymore. I contacted the so called customer service, and I never received any response (other than the automated response message). It was my first, and certainly my last time to even brows this scam oriented website.
So please be careful.

I purchased a item *******@rafantjewlry. Item was suppose to deliver on Dec.2 item was never received seller tells me item needed to be signed for posh mark rules I wait for item til Dec 17th no item file case with Posh Mark no reply to me seller also contacts post mark finally I get message stating order complete seller fund been released I never received items sent proof from usps contacted seller seller states they should be refunded ing me as well check bank no refund seller states he will check with posh mark but he can no longer message them about case cause order was complete well of course seller don't care he got $441.63 I have paid for item I have not received. I have emailed posh mark 3 days in a row have yet to get a reply. This is really sad customers get ripped off like this and posh Mark does not adhere to their own policy. Do not trade with this company unless you have insurance on your purchase. Also they don't have live reps to talk to you the recorder will tell you how to file a case then hang up. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

First the listing was deceiving thought I was buying two but actually one set of Xmas pjs for my dd on the 12th and seller has not responded to one message or shipped and Poshmark won't do one thing! You would think if the seller doesn't respond in at least 5 days Poshmark will cancel order but no they won't. So I'm out $55 Christmas pjs. I didn't have enough time to find matching so she is going to be the odd man out. So frustrating and Poshmark messages I swear are automated so there is no point even writing them! Will never purchase from them again!

Just Terrible!

My first time ordering from Poshmark. I purchased a pair of sneakers with Paypal. The sneakers were extremely narrow and too small for me. I contacted the seller regarding a refund. Seller advised unable to assist and directed me to reach out to customer support. I did just that. Several messages to customer support with NO reply. $70+ dollar purchase for nothing. I am still unaware of their actual return policy. I will never use Poshmark again. Buyer beware. My experience was awful.

I wish I could give a half star. Just listed an item and I was immediately scammed. Now I have to get three new credit cards, change passwords, AND I DIDN'T SELL THE ITEM. I will go back to eBay.

The seller declined my fragrance order because I noticed, in the product's description, that the fragrance was preowned/used. This was my first attempt to make a purchase for a fragrance, so I made a comment about the preowned/used status made in the description. I thought it was unsanitary and I was shocked that this type of product could be sold at all. This comment for some reason was found to be rude by the seller. I know what I saw and so did my husband. The seller denied such practices and felt that I was rude. Well, all I can say is that I wanted to be safe in making this purchase. I apologized to the seller. Unfortunately, because of this testy interaction, I will not be doing business with Poshmark.

Terrible service

Hi! We bought clothes on this platform. Everything looks ok before we got the items. They are not allowed by description. But then I found in the end of post small grey text with other description. So Can I read that small text before? Sure If I would have a microscope I could. But like normal people I just read whole description 3 times. So, I lose 40 backs for pice of nothing except brand clothes. Great, now I have the brash that I can wash my car.

The item I purchased NEVER shipped and seller Melissa B is not responding to messages! App says she was active 7 hours ago. What kind of crap is this? JUST TOOK MY MONEY. Poshmark customer support is a joke and just tells me to contact seller. WHAT A SCAM!

First - I found the seller to be quite wonderful and we resolved our problem amicably but with great difficulty. However, poshmark limits communication not only between the buyer and seller but also closes out an open ticket with the help desk as if it is resolved. They don't ask you as a seller who has plunked down over $300 if you are happy or not- they just decide to block the communication with their customer service and also with the seller. I was not ugly, nasty but just trying to negotiate with the buyer due to a stain on 1 of the items, the sizing was not good and it was not exactly as described. Many resellers such as ebay, FB, etc. have blocks on contact information however, they do not limit communication when attempting to resolve items-= especially expensive purchases and clothing. Poshmark claims this is security checks- I suggest that the security should be more then adequate if poshmark can accept the credit card or payment source. They are too paranoid that somehow you might establish a relationship with the buyer versus poshmark.
I say- buyer and seller beware- don't buy that item.

I highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this platform! The products that I have purchased have been garbage that should have been thrown in the trash but Poshmark has allowed it to be sold on their platform! I have a dispute in review now for over a week with no response from them. No integrity in this company! Stay away! I would give them 0 star rating but forced to give a 1star!
