I wanted to return some of the items (order#*******) as they were either damaged or too big. I kept emailing for 4 full days and no responses and I also called customer service line and the line is not connecting at all throughout the day.

I even attempted to reach out to them on Twitter and facebook but no responses either.

This is a web-based shop which shouldnt cause stress for people to return/exchange as we can not try on the clothes and these are especially for kids whose size can vary.

Very very disappointing as the designs are so cute but due to the poor customer service and logistics, i will never ever buy anything from this website again.

I still want my items to be returned and refunded so i can move on!

Update on May 1st: I am still in a middle of returning products and not getting refunded. Another product which was ordered at the same time hasn't even arrived - taking more than a month just to receive the product.

Terrible

Terrible. Its been 2 weeks and my items have not shipped. I keep asking for them to speed up the process! They were quick to take my money but not ship the items on time! I reach out to customer service and not an answer. Will never buy from here again! I want the items i ordered or my money back!

Dissapointing

So i very rarely write any negative comments, but i have to this time. I placed an order on popreal.com. I placed on order on January 23,2017 and received the package only in The beginning of March, 2017. The quality of the dress that we ordered was pretty bad(if i would see it in the store i would definitely not purchase it). And we ordered size 120 and it came in totally different size.
My attempts to contact them were failed. Nobody ever replied to me either with apologies or explanations. So unprofessional. Disappointing.

This is a joke-asked a question never received a reply from the company will NEVER deal with this company again. They do not respond to emails their customer service phone number is non-functional - they answer say all agents are busy and then you call is disconnected!

Dishonest

I ordered a bathing suit Jan. 28 2017. It's now MARCH 3rd 2017 and its still processing? They refused to give me a refund because "I used paypal" I didnt even use paypal. They're now ignoring my emails. Such a SCAM.

This is a follow up to my earlier review (below) on Popreal.
After i posted my first review, POPreal all of sudden became very responsive, i was even told i now can send my order back within US since suddenly they have a US factory.
Here my hopes went high and i thought finally good customer service would come through... oh well, it didn't.
I was offered the following deal:
Take down my negative review for 60% refund.
I followed up asking to explain to me the logic of Popreal keeping 40% of my money, when they sent me something of very low quality, not wearable for me or my daughter, and something that looks different from what i ordered, but i never got a response.
POPreal, STOP HUSTLING YOUR CUSTOMERS! FOLKS BEWARE!

What a DREADFUL experience! These guys are doing false advertisement and are absolutely horrible with customer service. I ordered what looked like a set of beautiful dresses for me and my daughter, what i got was a very poorly made, completely transparent piece of a super cheap cloth, that is very unpleasant to touch. When i reached out and asked for the refund, i've been told that i can get 20% discount on my next order ("perfect" logic here, since yes, placing another order is exactly what upset customer would like to do) or i can get my refund after i send the package back at my own expense (35$ shipping, the order was 50$, why do i have to lose my money when i feel like i've just been hustled...? Not sure). I've tried to contact manager many many times, but was ignored every time. Customer service representative Alina wasn't helpful at all by letting me know "that since these are summer dresses, it's normal for the material to be transaparent"( i'm a mom of 2 kids, and strolling in a see through dress around the neighborhood doesnt seem very appealing to me, dresses did not look see through on the picture when i was ordering) and then choosing (what it seems to be) this strategy - "if i don't address the customer's questions, then they will naturally disappear". Overall super disappointing experience, shame on facebook for advertising such untrustworthy companies, that make awful products but still think you should pay for those. FAILURE

Fraud Warning!

These people will not refund you when you try to return the bad quality with incorrect size product. They will refuse the return packages to avoid the refund. Do not shop here.

Ho ordinato da questo sito a febbraio, lasciandomi attrarre da un sito davvero carino e per certi versi anche originale. Ho aspettatto 6 settimane per la consegna della merce, e per scoprire che:
1. L'ordine era incompleto, di 21 pezzi ordinati ne mancavano ben 3
2. Dei pezzi arrivati in ritardo (perchè dovevano passare il controllo di qualità, come detto dall' assitenza), ben 3 erano fallati. Ho mandato le foto con i buchi e le orribili imperfezioni dei vestiti e mi hanno risposto che gli dispiaceva e che m' avrebbero corrisposto 12 di sconto per il successivo acquisto. Peccato che il valore della merce fallata corrispondesse a 60, da aggiungere i 37 di quella mai arrivata che ho atteso per 4 mesi.
Io acquisto molto spesso online, ma una fregatura tanto grande non m era mai successa in 12 anni di shopping online. Molto delusa, procederò anche per vie legali per evitare che altre persone vengano truffate e per la restituzione di quanto inutilmente corrisposto.

They stole my money

I ordered 3 matching dresses back in December, the quality was very bad. I contacted them the gave me an address to ship back. I paid 25$ to ship back plus the 60$ for the dresses. It's now March and they ignore my messages. I'm pretty sure they will not give me my money back at this point. Very bad customer service. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Don't buy from this site!

Worst company ever!

I will never order from this company again! I ordered a size 17.5 shoe came and it says 29 on bottom. I made sure I used size chart to a t before I placed my order. The show is so big my daughter can't wear until she's in her teens and she only 5 now. I contacted them and they say it is the correct size. They don't want to help me at all, and there customer service is the worst. If you call them a machine picks up, and they will never call you back. If you write a email they won't wrote you back for at lest 3 days. I will have to file a claim with paypal I guess to get my money back. Don't ever order they are such a scam

In your order, you have the Rivet Girls Princess Shoes in size 17.5, and our kids shoes size is the inner length of the shoes. And according to our shoes chart, the size 17.5 is suitable for kids 9 years old, so that is why it is so big for your 5 years girl.

And for the number on the shoes, it is not not shoes size, you can find out we do not have the size 29 for the Rivet Girls Princess Shoes on our site, so how can you get the size 29 for that shoes?

Can you pls keep it for your girls when she grow up? Thanks for your kindly understanding.

HORRIBLE

I will never again order from this site. Total scam. I ordered BEFORE Thanksgiving a pair of boots for my coworker's baby's Christmas. I ordered it early to give it time to get here. The order processing is supposed to take 7-10 days and now it's Feb 15th and the order is NOT HEARD OF! I tried calling them, only for a machine to answer the call telling me to leave my name and order number and saying they will call back. I received a call back during the late evening, days later only to not be able to understand the foreign speaker. Still trying to dispute the order with my credit card company. Waste of money and just a flat out scam. Never again. Don't buy from here, they might steal your money and you'll never understand their customer service. Very disappointed a sweet girl didn't get her boots.

Order forever processing

I will never again order from this site. Total scam. I ordered on jan 16th a dress for my baby's first birthday which is on march. I ordered it early to give it time to get here. The order processing is supposed to take 3-7 days and now it's feb 10th and the order is still processing. I tried calling them, only for a machine to answer the call telling me to leave my name and order number and saying they will call back. I never received a call back. I also emailed and haven't gotten it answered. I just gave up and bought the same dress somewhere else, and cheaper. Waste of money and scam. Never again. Don't buy from here, they might just steal your money, and horrible customer service too. Matter of fact, no customer service. Not worth it.
February 18th UPDATE: I finally got a call from Popreal from a lady which has a heavy accent. I had to repeat the message several times. What I understood was that they noticed I left a bad review on here (Sitejabber) and they are holding the dress until I contact them and I'm guessing if I delete it. Who does that? I payed for this dress and they are staying with my money! Well guess what Popreal, not gonna happen. I bet they only contacted me cause of the review, otherwise they wouldnt have. Booo!

Don't Shop Here

We ordered four pairs of shoes all the same size. Three pairs came a month later, the fourth a month after that.

Of the first three, one was too small (marked 21 on the sole) and the other was defectively designed so that a human foot would not fit inside the opening (marked 23 on the sole). I was told by the company that the bottom markings were the sole size, not Popreal's size and that they had sent me the correct size, so if I returned them it was on me. I showed them a picture where the shoes were obviously 1 cm different. They were adamant that they did not make a mistake. Nothing I got was properly labeled for sale in the US, so it isn't like I could show them the tag.

The last pair came and was lower quality than I would have hoped, but the graphic (which I could not make out in the picture) stamped all over the shoe said "FAIRY."

I returned all three pairs together. I wasted a lot of time trying to get them to make my order right. It cost $47.80 for return shipping, per Popreal's instructions. The three pairs of shoes were $95 or so. I asked them to split it with me; they offered me a $5 coupon...

Don't shop here.

Don't order

I ppaced the first order from them it was ok never received any tracking information. When I placed the second order I emailed and asked about how to use the discount and about the tracking information on next order. I received a response right away. Now second order never arrived a month later nor no response to the emails

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered four pairs of christmas pajamas 11/18/16. My card was charged right away. They were supposed to arrive within 3 weeks max. They didnt even ship until three weeks later (after I had to send an email asking where the order was). The items were sent in two different packages. I received one package with one item 12/16/16. The other package with three items has still not arrived. The last tracking information states customs declaration completed on 12/14/16 and thats it. I obviously wont receive these for Christmas and no longer want them. They refuse to give me a refund. Im offered a $20 coupon instead which is not a solution. I didnt receive the items when it was promised and most of the order I havent received at all. I run a retail store of my own so I know how these problems should be resolved and Im not the type of person that is impossible to please but this is just ridiculous. The customer service is terrible and I will never order from these people again.
