Placed order for 10 items on 14 July 2017 and when I emailed to check on the status of my order (email dated 24 July 2017), Freya from popreal replied to inform that one of the items purchased is out of stock. She asked if I could do a replacement instead. In the same email, she has informed that 7 items have been shipped out.

On 7 August 2017, I received the parcel with the 7 items and the sender's address clearly indicates that the shipment is from China. I then emailed Popreal to ask on the status of my remaining 3 items.

Alina from Popreal replied to inform that another item is out of stock, which is much to my dismay. She then asked if I want to do a replacement again. This is the second time that an item which I had purchased was out of stock so I replied to inform that this will certainly not do. Popreal needs to review the way they are handling the purchases so that customers don't have to be informed that the items are out of stock AFTER the purchases have been made. Alina did not address any of my concerns.

I find the integrity of the company very questionable and am very disappointed with the service level that was provided. Popreal has not been upfront and transparent in the dealings with the customers. This is the first time and the last time I will purchase from them. If you are keen buyer, I would have to urge you to be prudent and careful in your purchases. Do make an effort to email to find out the status of your purchase as soon as possible.

Don't shop from them, do your business somewhere else. I ordered two kid dresses and pay for it but I never receive a confirmation I waited and waited but nothing and then I contacted them and they say they did not receive my order. I send all the prove to them and record from PayPal with transaction number but nada! I call PayPal and they confirm that this company received our payment and suggest me to contact the seller again.
I call them and told them that I called PayPal and finally they said that they received our order will deliver ASAP, but after a week pass still nothing I emailed them again they said the item is on hight demand but will post it soon n give me tracking number. Until yesterday still nothing I run out of pation n emailed them again to just cancel it and give me refund, they said they already shipped it. I contact them again to give me the tracking number or prove that my order has been shipped and I never get an answer. Still I left here with nothing, no order confirmation no tracking number no refund, nothing! I been reading some old review that this happend a lot they will never give you refund and moths people still waiting for their order. Please please avoid business with this site, I believe some of the 5 star review are fake! Now I'm going to open the case with PayPal and tried to get my money back.

Even when you try to cancel the order, they will keep offering you discount day by day so you go out of your patience! Finally, they are okay for you to cancel your order, so the next question is what about the refund, YES! You need to wait at least 10 more days! ITS REALLY LIKE YOU ORDER YOUR SUMMER CLOTHING AND YOU WILL GET IT IN THE WINTER OR YOU GET YOUR REFUND IN THE SPRING! Never again!

I bought a bathing suit in May. I emailed them after it had been over two weeks and the site said my order was still processing. They said they were backed up but would see what they could do about expediting my order. I emailed them once again when it had been over a month asking for my money back so I could buy a new bathing suit. Instead they immediately and magically shipped it out right after I asked for a refund. I would have much rather just gotten my money back so I could have bought a suit elsewhere much faster. It's been almost two months, their tracking site they use said it was in transit to my home 3 days ago and I still have nothing.

I bought really really adoreable 2 piece outfit with an elephant print! After wearing it for no less then 1.5 hours the pants seam ripped! I would say that the outfit is adoreable but the product itself is F-! Customer service replied very quickly but it's unfortunate that I've had 3 items either brake really easily, assembled incorrectly or rip easily! It seems the assembly of these products are poorly made! Guess I learned my lesson! Probably won't order from them anymore!

First, the order took forever to get to me as it comes from China. Second, quality sucks and everything runs super super small. I ordered a tank to match my daughter. I wear a women's 6 or a medium. I ordered large just in case. The women's large would fit like a 10 year old girl. After contacting customer service and trying to return the item (return cost was more than my entire order-as it goes back to China) so I didn't bother because I'd be losing money.
Customer service, after about 10 emails back and forth insisted on sending me an XL after I told them it would be small on me because their sizing is completely off. Anyway, they insisted and sent me the XL. I have 2 tanks with the tags that do not fit me and they offer nothing. Their barely English speaking customer service SUCKS. Beware!

I have ordered my dresses more than a month ago.
No signs of any shipments. They have a ridicoilus tracking system. It is just saying for two weeks in transit. What ever that supposed to mean.
I was supposed to get the dresses 7-15 days.
I have contacted customer service and they have been hoping that I get my merchandise soon. They are not even close to on time with deliveries. So don't order them for special occasions or if you need them by a certain date.
