What?

Ordered a size 90 and they sent a 100. Mistakes happen so I email customer service. Quick response but tell me the manufacturer doesn't sell a 90 so they sent the 100. I responded why was 90 an option then. There response "since size 90 doesn't exist we sent the correct size of 100. No mistake was made." What!? Never ordering again.

Horrible

Trying to track my package and it's saying not found? Also tried contacting them about it two days ago and still no reply. Another thing is on their website it says they're in the U. K. but my package is somewhere in China. That's enough for me. Never again will I buy from this website.

I buy some clothes to my child I put the order on 5/2 today is 17 days but I try to call the number of customer service and no one answer and I send a lot of emails and no ones answer is the most bad customer services I see in my life!

Dirty material

I bough a kid dress, it came too late and the material used was too dirty. I have contracted the customer service and they kept asking me to take pictures for the dress and the size. After 5 or 6 emails they told me that I have 2 choices; either to send me a 4$ coupon for next purchase or return the item and pay the return shipping and also they will deduct the first shipping money.

I try to place order but every time I got pop up says inappropriate credit card. Since then I never tried again but you charged me C$42.00I just got my bill yesterday. I tried to call for refund but they are not receiving any call. Leave an email too but didn't get any answer yet. Even didn't get by mail it's been 20 days now

I ordered closthes weeks ago and I have not gotten anything! Its almost fraudulent website!
According to the email tracking information the package is from China and its not being processed! Of course the contact info says London, UK and they never answered you! Wasted my time, $ and energy!

If zero was an option that's what I would have given them. I bought a dress for my one year-old to wear to a wedding and the dress that they sent was extremely poorly made and did not represent the dress I found online. The flowers on the dress were cut jagged, torn, and poorly placed on the dress. Contacted popreal regarding the dress that was sent to me and they told me that customers have reviewed the dress well and the dress is fine. I included pictures when I contacted them to show the poor quality of the dress and they just dismissed it. And the next email replying back they said I could have a 10% partial refund and keep the damaged dress or I could pay for shipping to return the item. Paying for return shipping it would cost more to try to get a refund. I would never recommend this company based off of the quality of item and Customer Service. Popreal is taking advantage of customers.

Update- I have emailed back and forth with customer service and they have refunded half of my money, but refuse to refund the rest until I remove my review. Awful awful company and would strongly advise people not to buy from popreal.

I was very drawn in by the adorable outfits and placed a $60 order. I placed my order March 27th and it is now May 1st and I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. I have contacted customer service multiple times... they have given me multiple tracking numbers and I'm so regretful that I placed an order with this company.

Save your money, save your time. Waited 2 1/2 weeks after placing my order for any sort of acknowledgement that they received it. I was constantly given the run around about when the items would ship. When I asked for a discount, they offered $3 off a future shipment. Seriously? I've been trying to get a refund and cancel my order for 2 weeks now.

I bought 2 dresses off of popreal.com. The money was taken out of my account immediately along with excess popreal charges I still don't understand. I never received my merchandise. I called customer service on 3 separate occasions and left voicemails which were never returned. Now if you try to call customer service you get a recording saying it's a disconnected number. I sent two emails which no one had ever responded to. I attempted to leave to reviews on the website which of course we're never posted. I am totally disgusted the entire ordeal and urge anyone thinking of purchasing items on this website not to do it.

Dont buy from popreal

Please dont shop from this site. I brought birthday dress for my baby and its was good and nice quality. Because of this reasons i ordered more dresses but i got my stuff after one month and still one dress didn't ship yet. And the quality of the dress was very poor, the threads can see some of the area of dress,, and the button did not attached on the back of the dress. So please dont buy from here. Overall quality and shipping time is exactly poor

Costumer service

So after I wrote the review here. I sent pictures of what I received vs what I ordered to costumer service. The reaction was very frustrating. At first I was offered a 6$ coupon for the next purchase which I rejected because i am not spending more money on a website where the core issue is quality. Then I got offered 18$. Which I was upset because they were not addressing the problem I had which is the quality itself but at the same time they are being cheap with how they are trying to fix it. So they come back to me offering me to refund 10% of my purchase which is 5$. So I was mind blown that after I rejected their 18$ their counter offer is 5$.
At this point I asked them to stop e_mailing me because this is getting too frustrating and wasting my time. So they apologize and offer me a full refund but only if I remove my bad review. Which again I refused because I shouldn't give them something for them to finally fix the issue properly. Plus it's not right and deceiving. Before I placed my order I read the reviews and that gave me the push to buy stuff from them but now I understand why they have such good reviews.

STILL WAITING

I bought several clothing items at one time 4 weeks ago and have yet to see ANY of it. I was planning on my daughter wearing one of the outfits for our family pictures in a week but that isn't going to happen. I am very disappointed at how slow they are.
