It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my daughters birthday present. I've never heard of a place who's orders have no tracking or time of arrival. Never will I order from here and I'm stuck having to look last minute for another dress. Horrible

I had ordered many products for my duaghter and Son. Received them after 1.5 months after order and 60% of items were of different size poor quality.
The customer service is of very very poor and shoddy. Great frauds.
Never buy and get depressed in your life.

I what so ever situation they will not return your money back.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, TRACKING AS WELL. VERY BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP ON SHOES, WRONG SIZES. CLOTHES ARE NICE. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND AFTER 30 EMAILS..

Worst company

I placed 2 separate ordered one for 2 Minnie Mouse back packs for my daughters 1st day of kindergarten in sept I purchased mid aug. Never recived them but in the mean time a few days after that purchase I ordered her a pair of shoes and a dress. Those came about 2 weeks later dress was ok shoes which I carefully picked the correct size came and was a toddler shoe my kid wears a 12 kids this shoe was infant 3. I had emailed about the bags I payed through the company the dress and shoes I used pay pal. They emailed back on the bags and said oh u only purchased one and the color u choose is not in stock ok a month later when was I going to be contacted and I was billed $35 so yes I purchase 2 bags. Looked at my PayPal I was charged $64 for a dress $12 dress and $14 shoes I also had free shipping but was charged $18 for that. Going back and forth with them they say if I close the paypal dispute they will ship the bag I didn't agree but because I did recive the to small shoes and dress PayPal closed that case so end of story I was robbed over charged and never recived my items. Don't buy from this company the honestly give China a bad name. May they burn in a fiery inferno forever I give them s ZERO

Waste of my money

I ordered several pairs of shoes for my daughter who is 5 and wears size 12.5 US size. After a month and half I received these poorly made shows which are 3 time smaller than the size for my daughter. I will never buy from these people. They are in China and have no sense of customer service!

I ordered a big amount of clothing for my little girl the bill was around 350 USD I ordered a delivery express in order for it to reach me in a faster time (15 days) which obviously was charged extra... well the delivery reached even beyond the normal times (21 days) I received the goods after 30 days. They refused to refund me the delivery express charges which were around 60$ and then when the goods arrived the shoes I had ordered were in different sizes and they also refused to exchange them.
Bottom line I stopped emailing and negotiating with them.

Similar situation here. They did answer two times inebin email and one is FB message saying they will ship out the products soon. Yet no tracking no has been received so far.

I found same product from TaoBao website with one fifth of the cost marked in Popreal.

I ordered 23 days ago and still I didn't receive the items. When I ordered dresses for my kid's birthday, I chose faster (5 days) shipping by paying extra money as my kid's birthday was in another 10 days. Now birthday is gone 13 days ago, but still the order not shipped. I have been asking them since last 2 weeks to refund my money, but they are not doing it. They are saying that they'll be shipping soon. Now, I don't need dresses any more, but I'm not sure how to get my money back.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered $80 worth of items and it took 4 1/2 weeks to receive. Then, I needed to return the items and even though they "accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging." Which sounds great until you do try and return your order and the return has to go to CHINA which is about an $80 shipping fee (afforded by yourself) so it's not even worth returning and now your stuck with the poorly made products.

STAY AWAY from this company!

So I ordered from this website twice. The first time my order took about a month to come but the clothes were very good quality so I decided the quality made it worth it and ordered again. This time I placed almost a $200 order for 10 pieces, (sets, shoes, dresses) like everyone else the money was taken right away. It's been about 4-5 weeks and I haven't received any items. Which would have been fine if I was notified that my items were on back order before purchase and given the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to proceed with my order anyway. Or maybe if they had bothered to contact me 1-2 weeks into my order letting me know any details about my order. And again maybe if they had not sent invalid tracking numbers and the same generic response to my inquiries telling me they are withholding available items until the backordered items come in so as to ship all together 1 time. Basically this company is growing too fast at the moment and are unable to supply the demands coming in and do not understand the basic concept of customer service. They have a lot of good reviews from customers in Europe it seems so maybe US has a different standard for customer service but nonetheless since they are choosing to advertise here they should master basic customer service skills. I will not order again.

I ordered children's shoes with LED Light in this store. Firstly, it does not immediately show the cost of delivery. Secondly, until you ask, the number of the delivery is not reported. Thirdly, the shoes came in some dirty crumpled box. Fourth, terrible quality: looking cheap, the light worked only on one boot, after the first using the light stopped working on the second one. When I reported to the store on the first day after receiving the problem, they said sorry and sent a coupon for $5. Hey people, the shoes cost $16,43 for me and it was a trash! It is pity, the store doesn't have any possibility to leave reviews on their website, so that other customers could read it and then decide to buy or not wares in this store

Ordered 4 weeks ago, the receipt via email said it would be 5-7 working days for delivery. After 3 weeks I emailed customer service and replied in 3 days saying something about computer system failure and the order not received! No solution was given! Hello! So what you going to do about it? You have my money! They replied a week later to say the order had nor yet been dispatched and did I want to get a refund or continue with the order. I replied immediately and asked how long would the order take? No response! I can't deal with this awful company so I replied again asking for a refund! Let's see how long I wait for that! Apparently they have the same clothes on Amazon!

I just ordered my daughter a dress for Christmas and I accidentally ordered The wrong color I wanted it from pink to red and I said at least five or more emails message them on Facebook and I keep getting a response from an automatic machine saying that they will reach back to me one of the messages said that they are on vacation and will be back soon what kind of crap is that how are you on vacation your a business you don't get vacation either respond or cancel my package order number: P******* I don't want to be waiting two months to receive a package that's ridiculous you guys need to get this fixed

If I could give them 0 star I would... it took them to mail the items 2 mnts and I live in canada... they send me wrong clothes and wrong sizes... 2 out of 10 items were right... when I file a complaint they had an option for wrong clothes and size so I figured this is their routin... then they emailed me saying it will take long time plus I have to pay for shipping... then they told me to go to post office and figure out how long it will take cause they only accept return within 14 businesses days of receiving the package

Slow service and had to send them several emails asking them to cancel my order. I would never ever suggest ordering from them again! I ordered my stuff about 5 weeks ago just shipping now and found the stuff on amazon and I already have. Asked them to cancel my order 3 times... they did not get an email today giving me trackibg#!

I placed my order a month ago and still have not received my items. Ive sent three emails now inquiring about my order status and I have yet to hear from anyone. I cant even find an 800 number on the site to call them and speak with someone directly.

My wife bought 5 dresses from Popreal on 27th August 2017 and as per the website their delivery time frame is 15 days but it's been more than 35 days and still no sign of the order with a reason of delay due to the large number of orders popreal is receiving recently.

I am not sure how you are able to serve even a single customer with this type of unprofessional service and even more worse tracking services and you are boasting about overwhelming orders. Worst service provider i have ever seen in my life. Your tracking system is the worst i have seen till date, no useful or sensible tracking updates are available and customer services team copy paste the same status when asked over email.

If you have any professionalism left in yourself, either get my products delivered in next 2-5 working days or initiate my full refund and keep your worthless products with you.

Horrible company

Waited a month for item to arrive. Extremely poor quality is an understatement. Both shoes had broken laces and pieces of the shoes weren't even stitched together. I contacted the company requesting a refund... 3 weeks and 6 weeks later I STILL do not have any resolution. They keep trying to give me a $5 coupon... I spent over $20 on shoes my son cannot even wear. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
