The Worst company ever!

I order a matching dress to wear for Christmas with my daughter over a month ago and I still don't have the dress and I paid almost $10 shipping. I contact them to get a refund and they told me that I can't because they shipped the order already that I should get it soon that was over a week and I still don't have the dresses and Christmas is over. Ridiculously company

Do not waste your money!

I have been waiting for one month, and did not get my order and even tracking number until I wrote emails to the company. The company said some items were out of stock, some were just delivered! Super bad service! And I even don't know the quality!

I ordered almost a month ago no dresses no return of my money after numerous emails.
For two weeks popreal said it shipped then why does tracking say not found. This company is a fraud
I do not believe I will get my dresses or the $60 I spent.
Dont waste your money

I made a purchase of 4 items on December 05 on my end the payment went through my bank account and was confirmed and transaction made on the 6th. Today is the 7th and i received an email from popreal stating i needed to make yet another payment through paypal which i have no reason to considering i have no account etc i sent a new email in response to theirs letting the i prefer my full refund in return due to the uncomfortable circumstance of having to make another payment!; anyways so i contacted my bank to make a report and they sent me proof of the transaction and if popreal refuses to give me a full refund legal action will be taken upon on, and they were notified of this. So i highly suggest to keep your money in your pockets/banks/card w. E and look up the item/s either on eBay or elsewhere or just look for something in similar and purchase on a reliable source. POPREAL is not a place to spend hard earned money on. Im only giving a star because its mandatory, if it were my choice NO STARS at all. Rant over.

Made an order on September 24 and I am still waiting. After several communications with them, I always received the same answer ''sorry for the inconvenience... please wait for another week.'' My trackiing number indicate November 6, and no more indication since. I am very disappointed with Popreal.

Cheaters

I suspect if this company is even legit! I had ordered a dress in october.It is December and I still havent received it. I had paid for express shipping. When i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, these cheaters replied saying that the money could not be refunded and asked me to wait for one more week! Never buy from these CHEATERS! Instead of cheating people like this in the name of selling baby clothes, one could beg and earn a living. It seriously disgusts me knowing that such people even exist in this World! RIP POPREAL!

I ordered a matching dress set for my daughter and I and it never came. I repeatedly told them I did not get the item. They gave me a website and tracking number only they could track because when I tried to it said tracking number was not found. I went to my local post office 3times looking for my package which seemed to keep bouncing around. When it is finally found post office said it had no label on it and was being sent back to them.
When I informed them what wa happening they asked me to pay a $10 reshipping to receive the items. I refuse because I did nothing wrong.

On numerous occasions I was assured that my package was on the way to me (which was a lie). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY! I have asked for a refund and I have heard nothing. POPREAL IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Horrible Customer Service

Im not sure if the customer service team does not understand me or if they are just playing dumb in order to not have to reimburse me for an order they took so long to deliver. I now have no use for it and it doesn't even look like the photo they display on their website. In short, I will not be ordering from them again and they have aggravated me to the extent that I will be reporting them to Trading standards now.
I ordered a top for halloween that I could wear while I am pregnant. I ordered this item a month in advance on the 29th September as their delivery time states 2 to 3 weeks, this would ensure I have a week extra for any delays.
I then chased the delivery a week before halloween and clearly stated to them that if the item was not with my by the 30th October I would have no use for it any longer and it would need to be refunded. I kept getting asked to wait for the item.
Halloween came and went and still no item.
After a few arguments with Alina in customer services and constantly being offered discount vouchers and asked to wait for the item I no longer needed. They agreed to a refund.
A few days after this I received another email saying they had found my parcel lost in the post and it will be arriving with me soon. So no refund and still waiting for a top I can no longer wear. The top arrived. No sparkles like the advertised photo and still they keep ignoring my request to return the item for a refund as they missed their deadline and I have now paid for a top I can not wear. To make this even worse, every time they ignore my request and reply with "I am sorry for this" they offer me less and less of a discount voucher.

Their customer service is horrific and all of this over $18 instead of admitting to their faults and refunding me for the inconvenience they caused by delivering my item late!

I will be looking to take this further out of principle for their disgusting customer service.

I was about to purchase some of those gorgeous items, but I had to check the reviews before I throw out my money. The dresses looks so cute but the comments scare me. It is upsetting to purchase item and not receiving them.

Very poor service

Ordered from this site back in September, after numerous e. Mails between us, with lots of promises, this item still has not turned up. I have now messaged them for a full refund. I would never order from them again, such a shame, as they have some beautiful items for sale.

I paid more than 300$ for my daughter clothes... and after a month they sent some of them... another month they sent some of them again... until now... all mosr 3 months... alot of my items still not delivery yet n i dont know where it at? So mad... some of clothes delivery. My daughter was grow up n they cant fit. So up set... recomment for people dont buy stuff at this shop... terrible...

Have no yet to receive clothes spent 300$ it has been a month and I received an email saying part of my shipment has been sent, I haven't received any shipment still! Will next contact my credit card company to get my money back!

Disgraceful

So unsatified I brought a outfit didnt have it on two hours the gold bunny fell off the black top contacted them asking for a new one they can only do that if I pay I waited three weeks for the outfit and was very upset it fell apart very cheap quality clothes

It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a couple of items. Received en email on the 26th of October saying that the item has been shipped with a tracking number. However as per the tracking number, the item has been received by courier on the 30th of October. Still not sure where these items are and when I will receive them
Have raised the issue with paypal requesting a refund
