Seriously. The 3 dresses that I ordered are paper thin. There is no way they will hold up for more than one wear, if that. Also, the returning of a product is a joke. They make it super difficult. You have to email them, fill out a form, send pictures etc... I also did not receive one of the items that I ordered. It just never came. Even after calling twice, it just never came. They look so darn cute in the pictures, but do not waste your time or money.

I ordered matching mommy and me outfits for my daughter and I. Firstly they took over a month and a half to come in and when I emailed about the status of my order it took over 2 weeks for someone to get back to me.
Next the dresses came at different times. Mine arrived first, very cheaply made and the fabric felt very weird so I decided to wash my dress before wearing (if I even ended up wearing it) and after one wash it was super faded and looked even more cheap.
My daughters dress came in a couple days later and although it looks cute the colors of our dresses are different! Mine is black (faded black now after a wash) and white and hers is black and cream color.
So not impressed!
I have a feeling my dress will become a beach cover up so I can at least get some wear out of it.

These guys are fraud people. Im going to file a police complaint. Dont get biased with those good reviews. The good reviews you guys see are people from their own team who write them to get good reviews score. Its all fake and fraud business. They take away money and disappear. You will never reacive your order. I ordered a dress for my daughter. I never received it and there is contact info. Im unable to reach them but I have decided to file a police complaint to save other people from getting into this fraud system. They are bunch of cheat and cheap people.

I ordered outfit with a shoe for my kid to wear on his birthday, I also chose the 5 days shipping cost so can get it on time... until now I haven't got it and my son's birthday was a week ago. I emailed them and they said that one item is not on stock, it didn't say that when I place the order. Now I don't want them and anymore and asked for a refund, they get back asking to confirm amount twice and now they said that it will take 20-30 days to get my refund. I don't know why they took $ from my account when they didn't have the item in the first place. I am NEVER going to shop from here ever again

I wish I had read the reviews before I place my order.
Last year I ordered a matching outfit for me and my daughter.
We are on February, no package received no refund, no anything.
I contact them on messenger and they asked me to contact my post office.
I did and they told me they don't have any details on this order.
As long as they ship something via register mail they can only see an update.

I wish I can give them zero stars, but unfortunately you start from 1

I brought about 20 items from Popreal on Dec. I feel really disappointed when I received the cloths, they are really bad quality, all made in China, not same as the pictures. I email them for refund, they call me return the cloths to them. After that, they don't refund to me. I feel so angry and dislike their post on Facebook, then they block my Facebook account. I email them again and told them I will contact the social media for this case if they still not refund to me. Then they now tell me they refund to me, wait for 20 days will money back to my payment account. However, I know I will not get back my money finally because I found many cases via internet said they never refund to them. So, don't purchase anything from Popreal, you must regret.

I ordered dresses for Christmas gifts, and now it's the end of January and still not received. Ordered 3 instead of two and a promised credit has never been issued. I think the outfits displayed see nice - but you should avoid ordering from here. I did receive one dress but the other is not received - every time I question it they tell me to wait another 7 days. Ridiculous... my fault for trusting an off shore site - take my advise, avoid ordering from this place - not worth the frustration.

I ordered off this website December 10,2017 and canceled it cause I found out I would be waiting forever for my order, I canceled the order like 2 hours after ordering it they told be it will take 15-20days to see refund of my credit card its January 16,2018 now, I wrote them back and asked wheres my refund they said they had some issues with computer system and I have to wait another 7-10days I want my money back and it should take this long!

I ordered a dress and never received it. I emailed customer service and haven't received a response. When I blogged into my account the order doies not even show up. I then decided to read the reviews and the bad outweighed the good. If I don't get my money or product I am glad I only spent $25 but I will surely spread the word about this fraudulent company. Purchase but no product. As much as people order online. This is not good business tactics.
