Don't order anything from them, u will not get anything from them not even a response. They have time to do interesting advertisements every second but no time to ship your order. My order was placed on Feb 23rd.>1 month but never heard back. They r very fast to take ur money. This thieves should pay and sued for this action.

I paid for my order on March 10, matching dresses for me and my daughter. Since I needed them for Easter, on March 14 I asked when the order will be shipped out. March 16 I received an email, stating it will be 7-10 days. After asking about cancellation they offer me a $3 coupon. Sounds almost like a slap in a face. After contacting them again, on March 24, I receive an email that it will take another 10-15 days to process it. I was also just informed that if I want to cancel the order, I will be charged a 15% processing fee. This is absolutely ridiculous considering all the trouble I went through dealing with absolutely unprofessional business. Ah, and I was charged $17 dollar shipping, when t was advertised to be free. Which I was not going to complain about since I live in States.
Long story short, this company is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Period. Will never do it again and truly not recommend it anyone.

Worse Company Ever!

This company is awful. I ordered two dresses on January 30,2018 and never received an tracking number for the delivery. On March 1,2018 I requested a refund - it's March 27,2018 and I still haven't received a refund! This is ridiculous and unheard of. I can't believe this. I've sent several emails and received several about the refund will be on my card within 15 days. I would like to file a lawsuit about this company because this is uncommon. The customer service is horrible! I would advise all to stay away from this website. I can't find a number to reach this company. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I want my money back

I made a order 4 month or 5 ago. I received only 2 of them after 3 months. I contacted custemer service and they told me: I have checked with our financial department, your refund has been issued with the refund transaction... so after 1 month from the email i dont see any money in my bank account... scuuuuum

Popreal is the worst company to buy your kids clothes! I have never wrote this kind of reviews to any other companies before but I have to for this company!

I have placed my order one and half months ago! I have received some of the clothes where I have to pay around 40 dollar for the TAX and DUTIES itself!

And where is the rest of my order?
I sent them email and they said they have shipped the rest of the items. After couple of weeks, I received nothing from them, so I emailed them again, this time they said the dresses that I want were popular items so I have to wait longer. I asked for a refund but never happen! And asked me to wait while offering me a $10 off for my next purchase! Are you joking me? Do you think I will buy more from this kind of company? I dont know how many more months I have to wait for the outfits!

This company is totally a waste of time and money!

I've ordered 2 beautiful dresses (mom/Girl theme)... never got it... when I sent them email inquiring about my order I got reply that my order JUST had been shipped...
So, about 3 weeks later I got only one dress (girl). Still waiting for a MOM dress...

I order things from China regularly. I know that the items are usually cheaper in appearance than the pretty pictures online. I know that shipping usually takes close to a month. Whatever. It's cheap. What I haven't experienced with any other retailers is the lack of communication of this company. I had to find my order confirmation in my spam bin, waited over two weeks with no tracking updates (though the confirmation email mentioned I should receive tracking information within 3-7 days) before I decided to contact them via email. 3 days later they finally gave me a tracking number that shows my item left China the same day they replied to my email stating that my item was already shipped. -_- They said approximately 10-20 days transit time should be expected. The tracking site they gave me hasn't updated at all in the last 2 days. If you used a debit card to make your purchase in the US, you may be able to dispute the charge with your bank. There are typically time constraints on filing debit card disputes (60 days from the date of the charge, usually)so keep that in mind. Bring with you any proof of attempts to resolve with the merchant. They usually want to know when you expected an item to arrive if you are filing a non receipt of goods/services dispute. Good luck! Don't let these scammers take your money!

Ordered the LED Breathable shoes for my kids and by the look and feel of it, they were very comfortable. They had Neutral colors and stylish high-top design. Definitely the unique part was they had different lighting options and had soft sweat absorbing materials. Get some awesome things here and your kid will feel pretty special... Best Place to Shop

Stay away from buying in this site. I got my wife/daughter matching dresses, first they NEVER sent any confirmation email. I tried to contact them via email, because they don't have a phone number and they sent joust automatic messages... Horrible horrible NEVER AGAIN... ahhh just wasted almost $70

I have ordered several items on February 2nd (and paid unfortunately via PayPal...), 5 weeks later I tried to cancel the order, when I learned, they have not yet started the production.
Since then, they write an email to me every day, if I am not interested to keep the order - I would get an coupon for it. The offer started with 7 $, in the meantime we are at 15$. I answer every day, no thank you, no interest - but they simply ignore me and refuse to refund my money to my PayPal account.
In the meantime I received one dress, where the quality could not be worse!
My experience is: very unprofessional, ignorant, bad quality shop!

These people took over two months to send an incomplete order, sent it to the wrong address and knowing that the order was incomplete, they said they were going to return my money. Well it has been 6 months and every week that say they had a problem and I should wait a few more days. 6 months. Worst company ever.

Never ever again scam

I ordered 106.71 worth clothing on Feb 15,2018. So I visited the site March 10 to see if my shipment was on the way. My account shows that I never made a purchase. Worst Company Ever

Ordered dresses for wife/daughter and paid extra for faster shipping. Placed order weeks ago, has not arrived, no email confirmation of shipment, and sent messages twice to them with no response. I've yet to find a phone number for them, which is always sketchy when a company has no phone number. Never again

I have made an order for Christmas presents in November. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks, took them more than a month. As I was away on holiday, post sent it back, so I never received the order. Now it has been 4 months already I am trying to get a refund for the items I have never received.
