I ordered a few outfits and immediately realized that the shipping cost was too much and I probably wouldnt receive the items fast enough for me to take with me on vacation like I had planned so I requested a cancellation of delivery and a refund within a few hours of purchase. On the website it says if you cancel within 24 hours they will honor a full refund. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. Emailing is useless because they either take days to get back to you or they just dont. I have a few emails going back and forth about the refund but they have really just been going around in circles. They try to sugar coat it by adding "blessings and apologies" but that means nothing if I dont have the money back. Luckily I payed through paypal and if they do not refund it by the 30th then Ill get my money through paypal's purchase insurance.
You will order items and be told exactly a month later that your items are out of stock and your money was already debited out of your account! This happened to me. I ordered March 1,2018 was notified just before April 1,2018 that my items were out of stock and I am STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!
All those too good to be true deals! Don't fall for it.
If you place an order, consider that money stolen from you by some scammers in Europe.
I spent about $100 plus international transaction fee I realized later on my card about a month ago.
I called the phone number on the website several times everyday and got voice messages.
That phone number on the website is to further convince you that you can talk to someone if you have questions but that is a lie. Your call will never be answered.

"You have successfully paid for order P*******." They are very capable of processing payment, but are incapable or unwilling (more likely) to process the actual order.
Wish I could have read reviews before placing order. More than a month and tracking number says shipped to India. What a waste. Please don't get tempt with their catalog and read reviews before going any further with this company. Called back to dispute the money.

Two months later still nothing and cannot get a response from the company. Also, submitted an case on paypal and they quickly sent one item and told me the rest would come in 7 days and it's a month later. My only way to get my money back from paypal is to spend $50 shipping the $10 item back. Stay away, they are scammers!
Placed an order at the beginning of February and it is nearly the end of April and have still not received anything. I know the items are coming from China but I have placed orders from other companies there and the longest they will take is a month. The same day I ordered here I also placed an order in Joom (also from China) for two dresses, those came mid March and my little girl has already worn them several times. Have emailed them without receiving a response. Luckily since this was my first time ordering from this company I didnt place too big an order. It was more of a test order before ordering my little girl more dresses from there. A mommy and daughter dress for around $30. Have also filed a paypal complaint and while I am annoyed at this whole ordeal, mostly because my baby is sad we won't be dressing alike, after looking at the reviews here I am also glad my order wasnt as big as some of the other buyers. Word to the wise KEEP AWAY FROM POPREAL. And also when ordering from a new company always start off with a small $20-$25 order to see if its legit because companies like Popreal are what give Chinese online clothing stores a bad reputation. Better safe than sorry I always say.
1. They charge your account right away but dont bother mailing the items
2. You try to contact them they simply dont bother to answer back
I ordered $155 worth of products with the intention of applying a 30% off coupon to the order. Chose PayPal to check out and it went through with no way to add the coupon. I wrote to them to cancel that moment and once I got a hold of someone they offered to apply the 30% off to more product that i could have free... umm... no it wouldn't be free since I've already paid the money. I want to cancel. They have written over 15 emails saying there is a delay in my refund and it will happen on xxx date, but it never does. I filed with PayPal to get my money back from this huge scam. I put in my order on Feb 8th. It is April 19th. Still don't have my money back. I feel sorry for PayPal having to cover the losses of this fraudulent company. Hopefully they get wise and will drop them as a customer.
Never received my order, they cherged the money, now i have neither the clothes nor the monet back!

I had to wait two months to receive PARTIAL order items and then wait another month to receive one item and I am still waiting for other ordered items... WTF? Who does online business like this nowadays? I will never ever use this website again!
When I came across Popreal, I was little hesitant to order any product. But on recommendation from my colleague, I did order some stuffs for my kid. It was such a relief to find that the products I bought were of the highest quality. Moreover, they were of the right fit.

First I waited well over a month to receive my order, then only half of it came. None of it fit so I immediately tried to submit a return without success. I tried emailing them, nothing, calling them, nope. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this company before purchasing, I just threw $79 in the garbage and I am beyond angry. Total SCAM!
This is the worst company I have ever seen. I ordered a few matching outfits for my daughter and I in early February (about 10 weeks ago) - for her birthday. I STILL haven't received all of it - and it's April 15th. After multiple attempts to contact the company with no response- I finally received one item of my order in the mail. And another 3 weeks after that, I received part of the second item (just the adult dress - not the matching girls). I am still missing two items. I have asked to return it for a refund since my daughters birthday came and went almost 2 months ago - and I simply didn't get a response on the first try. On the second try, I was asked to submit a copy of my order and they would give me a discount on my next order instead of a refund (what?) - Try #3: They said I could pay to get the pieces of the order sent back to China on my dime. It's been MONTHS of waiting for my orders... and still I haven't received the entire thing. And you want me to pay to return the items that you promised would arrive in 7-14 days?
I created my own shipping label to return the items I had so far, went to UPS - and found out it would cost more to ship the items back then I would reasonably consider paying. Ugh.
I don't have time for hassles like this. Bummed and disappointed. In an era where you can get an item from Amazon in a few days, and returns are simple, this just isn't worth your $. I have never left a negative review for a company - ever. Wanted to share in case you were hoping for something in a timely manner.

Hey Are LAIRS! AND THEY WONT SEND YOU ANYTHING. THE TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER WAS GOING TO GET TO THE WAREHOUSE APRIL 8 AND ITS WAS GOING TO SHIP BEFORE THE 10TH, IVE ORDER THE DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTERS PHOTOSHOOT. AND seems Like i wont be recieving it. I email them multiple times about getting a refund. But no answer. They just steal your money.

Ordered 3 outfits Feb 25th. Card was charged, but no order confirmation. Emailed them on March 13th. Was told the order would be processed in 5-7 days and I would receive tracking info when the order was on the way. 10 days goes by and nothing. Emailed them again. No response. Emailed again. No response. After yet another email, they responded and told me yet again that the order would process in 5-7 days. I was furious and told them to cancel the order and refund me. No response from them. Emailed again. They responded and this time told me one item had shipped and another was now out of stock. They told me to pick out a new outfit to replace that one. HAH! No chance. I told them to give me the tracking info for the outfit that supposedly shipped and refund me for the other 2 outfits. I was then told a refund would take 20-25 days, and would I accept instead a $24 coupon towards a future order? HAHAHAHAH! No chance. No way a refund takes that long. They obviously think I'm some kind of idiot to believe that. I told them to refund me for the 2 outfits that had not shipped and give me tracking info for the other. Aaaaaand now they've stopped responding to me at all. I will be contacting my credit card company to force a chargeback of the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless of course you ENJOY being disappointed in humanity.
Have been trying to contact costumer service for about a month now, I got an email back saying they didn't have an order on file from my email... even though an email was sent to me saying my order was confirmed... so they obviously have my email address. The money was taken from my account as well. My daughter is 10 months old, and as everyone knows, babies grow very fast. By the time her dress comes (if it ever does) she'll probably be too big for it. I am PISSED. Worst waste of almost $50.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed my order the first day of March they said they would have shipped in 7 days, after 7 days nothing. I waited after 20 days and nothing them I opened a dispute through paypal and after this they shipped one e dress out of 4. So i closed my dispute because they said the would shipped the rest of my stuff buy they didn't. I am trying to contact them but they don't return my email. They are thieves. Do not be naive and trust the bad reviews the good ones are obviously FAKE.
