My friends ordered 3 girls dresses for my baby 1 month ago as a gift for her 1 year old. She was so happy with the pink bear on the coat and the material is very suitable for little baby. My daughter wears it so comfortably and she loves it very much. I plan ordered some new for her this weekend.
Ordered 4 items with express shipping (2-8 days). It has been double that and i was informed it will be another 15-25 days before i receive my order. I asked for a refund of the money i spent on the express shipping and was not given one. Instead they offered me a $6 coupon. A coupon does me no good for a site that i will never order from again.
They never refunded my money! I contacted them through email and Facebook the same night I placed the order to cancel and refund my money and they NEVER sent it back after months! Nothing but excuses!

Ordered on 3/7. Still havent received items. Company refuses to refund my money. Disputed with PayPal and they sent me tracking numbers to cancel the claim. The tracking numbers were invalid/fake. Ive been going in circles with them for months. Stay away from this site.

Ordered in April. Saw the trend as everyone with bad reviews has been saying... the out of stock (when order confirmation said shipping 5-12 days). The please be patient. Partial shipping. Invalid tracking and still got nothing! Involved Paypal immediately and got my refund. They wouldn't shop balance unless I cancelled claim which I would never do since everyone on here is right on with how they operate. DON'T BUY HERE! If you do, go thru Paypal... you can recover your money. Just hope Paypal stops supporting this "popreal" scam! Good luck!

I was told in March (2018) that my order from Feb 1,2018 was partly shipped and the last item would be shipped once it was "in stock". April came and no package arrived and the tracking kept showing "not valid". Contacted customer service and was told my remaining item was shipped Apr 24. When I asked about my other items, I was told they shipped in March and to "be patient" for the tracking to update. After going around with them for a MONTH and getting the same blanket email of "It's shipped, be patient" or "Your item shipped in April and were delivered" I gave up and filed with PayPal. I receive ONE of THREE items I ordered, and the company did nothing to resolve the issue. I even sent them a copy of the packing slip which shows only one item was in the "April" shipment and not the three I ordered. This receive the reply that my other items shipped in March and to wait for tracking to update... yeah... it's the middle of May. I'm not holding my breath. I will say, the ONE item I received is well made, but I will never order from them again.

Same thing as ALL the other 1 star reviews. Ordered on April 16th for my wife's birthday on the 29th, said 5-12 business shipping days to receive order. After day 15 I emailed them due to having no other form of contact and received a email 2 days later stating that it will take an additional 20 days to ship my order because it's coming from Hong kong. Don't they all come from there and u didn't know it? But they said they already shipped half my order ( I ordered 8 matching mommy daughter items) well 2 days after that email they emailed me a said we are sold out of the item u ordered 22 days ago so go back to the site and pick out a replacement item. Well once I did that they just tried to charge me full price for the replacement items without removing the money they already took from me. I asked for tracking numbers
(as they now say they are sending 2 packages) but both tracking numbers are fake and the website to enter the numbers doesn't even work. It's been 30+ days without any customer service responce or packages. I see on these reviews that they will respond with " please provide your transaction info with payment info and we will help you out" well my I fo they sent me is fake and doesn't work so $#*! me I guess! I'm out $87 from this SCAM OF A COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Plus I'm sitting here 20 days past my wife's birthday and a day past mother's day with nothing to show but a $87 dollar debit to my bank account. Wife's pissed I'm pissed this company could care less about its customers. Go ahead and respond Sandy from popreal because we all know the only thing REAL about this company is the SCAM!

The quality of the the clothes is very low. All the 5* might be fake reviews... do not order from them.

I placed an order for a mommy and me dress set for my daughter and I to wear to a BBQ on May 20th. I placed the order on March 5 and still have not received my order. I have been in contact with the company numerous times asking for a refund. They asked me to pick another outfit, I declined. They asked me to wait longer, I said I wanted my refund. This went back and forth 4-5 times- I just kept asking for a refund. Then today, they said they shipped it out... and it's not even my whole order. It is just my daughter's dress. They are completely unprofessional and I have never been so disappointed in a company. Not only are they not giving me my refund, but they aren't even giving me what I ordered. I am so upset.

1. They don't speak English making it very hard to communicate with them
2. Never got a shipping confirmation
3. I am moving and they are refusing to refund me the money despite the fact that I will never receive the items.
4. They shipped 1 out of 8 items and when I filed a claim with Paypal they sent them the shipping confirmation for that 1 item so they would close the case.
NEVER shop from Popreal. A total scam. They will take your money and you will never even get what you ordered. NOT WORTH IT

Please do not buy anything from this company, they are scammers, they will take your money and play you around.
I bought several items for my child 2 months ago and so far I have received only one item. The only dress I received ONE MONTH AFTER purchase date doesnt fit my child, I bought a dress for a 4-5 years old and the dress fits a 1-2 years old (I checked their size chart before making the purchase).
Now I am requesting. My money back via PayPal and they want me to SHIP THE DRESS BACK TO CHINA, but I dont know the address to ship it back to China.
I have been emailing Popreal asking for their address I also asked them to email me an invoice stating a breakdown of prices and picotares of every single item bought and I didnt get a reply.
May be cheaper to keep that $#*! an Chuck It in the BIN and loose a tenner and get what is left to be refunded wired back to me instead of shipping that $#*! back to China.
By the way, Popreal wipped out the order I made and paid for, I cant see what I bought on my Popreal account, the only receip I have is the one PayPal emailed me.
Terrible customer services, scammers, terrible fabric quality.

THEY ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!
I order my product and paid for quick delivery early February 2018 and until now haven't seen my product delivered.
Made contact with them and they kept saying my order is out of stock even after they ask me to changed the order!
In the first place they asked if I want to change to another product, which I chose another one and they said they have it on stock but only about few weeks after they came back & said they out of stock!
I asked for refund and they said took 15-25 working days to process the refund!
The customer service correspondence email from someone by the name of Sandy & from the email you can tell that he/she has limited English. Or maybe just some automatic reply and they dont even exist!
Please dont buy anything from this company!

The order was processed without even giving a confirmation page. I had started a dispute with Paypal and Popreal. Popreal responded back saying they would refund the money but they lost the record of refund orders and it would take another 10-20 days. I have waited already a month to get my refund. I submitted for refund within minutes of purchase. Even then they are not able to refund and now I'm not hearing any updates also. I fell in for their Mom-daugther outfits and wasted my time and money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. How can Paypal partner with such fraud companies.

We have ordered some matching mum-daughter outfits. They have obviously lifted the money off the credit card but no email came at all!
No confirmation of the order, no order number, no nothing, I have sent several complaints to their customer service, that supposed to answer in 24-48 hour. Guess what? Happened weeks ago, still nothing.
This business is a scam, everybody please avoid it!

I ordered 2 dresses on 2/21/18 have checked in over 4 times every week or two. They keep telling me that it will be here in a week and it has still not come. Today I got an email stating that my refund will take another 20-25 business days doe a refund. This company is absolute garbage DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Popreal has stolen my money. Dont buy from them. I bought several pieces and only part of my order was received. I contacted their costumer services, and they advised that the items not received were in back order and would take several weeks to be delivered. Since part of the order was swimming suits to be used during our family holidays, I asked to cancel and they said they would refund me $42.10. This was on March 8th. After that, despite several messages sent, they do not reply and have never issued the refund.

I ordered from this company in Feb. When I noticed they didn't provide a tracking number and wouldn't write back in regard to questions about my order, I requested to cancel. They decided to reply all the sudden with a message saying they already sent out a package. I told them I would send it back. Then they stated they never sent out a package but they couldn't give me a refund for 21 days. I allowed the 21 days to pass and then wrote them again regarding my refund, where I received a reply that "something went wrong" and it would take 10 more days fora refund. I immediately let them know I would dispute the charges with my bank instead. Alina from customer service wrote me back and told me a refund was issued. My bank releases refunds immediately... There was no refund. My bank is doing a charge back. This company is fraudulent!
