I am still expecting the items I ordered from popreal to be shipped since 22 of May.
Seriously dont waste your time or money with this company I saw some ad for 40% off and decided to buy some items for me and my daughter. First of all when I checked out it didnt apply the discount, my card was charged right away and I never received any type of communication stating that my order was received and how to track shipping status (first red flag) then when I finally did get an email weeks later with a tracking number it didnt go to anywhere you could actually status where it was. I placed my order on April 19th and finally got a package on May 21 only to be disappointed that it was not even half of the items I had ordered only a dress for my daughter and the daughter outfit of a mommy and me set, I got the mommy dress a few weeks later the quantity of these items was ok but definitely not worth the money. I received another package on June 11th with some matching swimsuit sets for me and my daughter and the quality of these were just laughable they are so bad, very thin material and poorly stiched and fit kinda funny. The final items I still have yet to receive and got an email from the company in very poor English stating that the other items were out of stock (why does the website let me buy items they dont have and notify me 2 months later-scam) and asking me to choose items to replace them I emailed back and said I was not interested in getting anything else as it has taken too long and asked them to refund me for the items they replied offering a $25 coupon for their site and said refund are too complicated to process so a coupon will be easier for me I replied that was not acceptable and I would like a refund even if it will be complicated for them and now they have completely stopped responding to me. Again dont waste your time or money with this company you can get far better quality for around the same price elsewhere

POPREAL is The WORST company in the world it it is even a company DO NOT GET SCAMED like I did DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Never got clothes never got refund always said I would get it within 15-20 days but never happened always said there financial department was having problems and that they were fixing it and I guess they never fixed it because till then I have not got my money back. $80.30 is what they stold from me. They are a bunch of incompetent scaming bunch of a** h*** again DO NOT BUY FROM POPREAL it's a SCAM money hungry M Frs..

I ordered 2 matching mother/daughter swim suits for my daughter and I to wear over 2 months before we were scheduled to leave and only 1 showed up. We have since returned from our vacation and the second suits still have not arrived. I have contacted company to let them know I'd like to cancel my order and have not heard from anyone yet. Oh but they charged my card immediately upon submitting the order... Don't let their trendy/cute attire fool you. The products are cheaply made and take over 3 months to arrive. They don't fit right and no one is available to answer questions you have. All around terrible experience and will not be ordering again.

I ordered bathing suits in March 2018. I never received them so I asked in April if I would receive the items by May for vacation. Each time I emailed them, I had to wait for them to contact a specific department for an answer. Finally, they replied with a no to getting the bathing suits by May. I asked if I could get it by June and she said it was possible so I kept the order. By the end of May, I got an out of stock email. I asked for a refund because of frustration. They said they needed two weeks. Two weeks went by and still no refund. I emailed them again and they said another two weeks to process. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I think its a scam.

I purchased a bathing suit for my daughter on popreal and after purchasing I read lots of reviews and I just new I had been tricked and ordered something that would never arrive. That being said I messaged customer service and they assured me my package would be shipping but it would be over a week away, plus shipping time from China. I was updated throughout the process about my item but I still thought it was fake and I was just waiting to file a complaint and have my item refunded. I went on vacation and actually forgot about my item and this week I received my item in the mail. My only complaint is that it is smaller than the size recomendation I was given. Overall customer service was fantastic and the product is in great condition and good material. I could see myself purchasing from popreal again but not for something I need soon. Shipping takes quite a while.

I have been waiting for a month and now being told to track my shipment on a website. Try tracking, the website is in Korean! Then after a month they me 2 items are back order and it will take even longer. This is ridiculous.

I bought few dresses for my daughters birthday in February 2018, this didnt arrive on time despite ordering 21 days in advance. When asked for refund, there were a bunch of excuses. I cancelled my order when I didnt get my clothes. We are in June and Im still waiting for my refund! This is even after 12 emails. Worst company to deal with!

I ordered graduation gifts for a family friend, on 5/20/2018. It is now 6/7/2018, and Popreals customer service representative informed me that my order just shipped. She did not have a tracking number or anything for me to follow up. This has been the WORST online shopping experience Ive ever had!

I hate to even give it a 1 star. It deserves nothing. I ordered about $100 worth of clothing. Waited forever, never showed. When I inquired and they said it still hadnt shipped, I requested a refund. I followed the exact instructions they gave me. From there, I continued receiving emails back telling me just to keep the order I placed and they would give me $5 off my next. I continued to email back saying that was not what I wanted, I didnt even need timhe order anymore due to their delays, and I wanted a refund. 25+ emails as my frustration continued to build, they wouldnt resolve. Finally I get an email saying I would receive a refund - it would take a while to process. In the meantime, my order shows up! I email saying I was not paying for this and that my refund should still be processed. They said since it was delivered, I had to pay. Wtf?! 3 months since I requested to cancel, and I get sent the order and am forced to pay?! They will not allow me to connect with anyone above the customer service agent and the product I received is horrible- tags are on the outside seams? Never again and I warn others not to purchase from here either!

I placed an order in the beginning of March and was told my order would be delivered by the end of March before I left for vacation. When it wasnt received by April I requested a refund as I only needed the clothes for vacation. I was promised the refund would be returned to me by the end of April. It is now the middle of July, I have contacted the company multiple time and always get a an automated fake email saying they will process my refund soon. Ive come to expect I will never get my refund. Its a fake terrible ran company. Dont waste your money.

Like so many others, received partial shipping weeks and weeks after ordering. Cancelled the rest and am still waiting for my refund. The customer service sends text blocks and excuses on end, but never the refund. Also, returning bad quality items is not feasible, return shipping address is in China(!). Paypal's buyer protection not helpful if you have received partial shipping. This has been going on for four months now. DO NOT BUY!
