This company is a JOKE! I purchased a dress and never got it!
A month after I made the purchase and still havent receive the dress I went on to their site to check my account. To my surprise the dress hasnt even ship yet. It said still in progress! I contacted them and the rep told me that the dress I purchased was out of stock. WTH! It has been over a month and now youre telling me that its out of stock! Anyway she asked if I would like to get something else. I said no please give me a refund. It has been over a month since I requested that refund and I still havent receive it! Stay away from this piece of $#*! company unless you just want to give them free money! Wish I look at these reviews before I buy from them!
Im not one to be easily fooled, but with the professional look of their website and adorable products, I was absolutely swindled. Its been over a month and I havent received any communication from PopReal. Not a response to my emails, phone calls; not even an order confirmation! Im really disappointed as I loved the dress for my daughter, but after reading the other reviews, it looks as if it probably would have been poorly made anyway. Im canceling the order today. Hopefully this review will prevent others for falling for their act.

Dont buy! My order was to take way longer then expected even after I paid for the speedy shipping so I canceled it and I have never received a refund! Just a bunch of excuses of why they have not refund my money. Its june 2018 and this happened in March 2018. Still no refund. Beware!

In March 2018, placed an order for child size sandals, matching mother daughter dresses, and matching mother daughter swimsuits. The order was for placed for an event on Easter. The sandals arrived in late april, too late for the holiday. After numerous e-mails, I was told that the other items were on back order. Meanwhile, my credit card had already been charged in March. I was given a order number and a status website to check on my items. May passed, and still no additional items. Finally in late May, the matching dresses arrived. The 4T for toddler would not fit over her head. The adult dress also had an opening much too small to fit the head. Both were made very cheap quality. Finally in late June, 3 and 1/2 months after the initial order was placed, I received the swimsuits. The plus size adult suit is smaller than stated. Only the shoes could be used. Other outfits were a waste of money

Clothes here are really POOR. I never thought someone can sale these items. Really too bad. Horrible without brand. You will never have notices of me again. I lost money with you. In internet the pictures are wonderfull but the true is totally different. They dont know how to make clothes. Wow i really surprised and very disappointed.

Many people thinks that the product which is bought from online shopping websites cannot be returned or replaced so for this I want to share my personal experience-At third January I ordered a pair of shoes from aqilbuy at nine January I got my shoes but when I used it I came to know that it is not fit properly so I returned the product and at 13 January the delivery boy takes away my shoes and I got my all money in my bank account. So I always believe on online shopping on aqilbuy because they never cheat with us. THANK YOU!

I had repeatedly asked for information on my order since I never got most of my order (over half at the time) and I was ignored until I started asking for my money. I would get emails here and there in the last 2 months, but that was to state they couldn't refund me until I closed my case. Which paypal informed me was popreal trying to get me to close it so that they wouldn't be able to get my money back from them through paypal.
I received an email shortly after their response to my review claiming they don't know who I was or order number (somehow they managed to find me, who would have thought) telling me at first they would be willing to provide me a refund within 10-15 days. I responded with "So I should be expecting my refund within 10-15 days correct"
Their response...
And I quote...
"My apologies first! I don't know how to explain to you. Sorry!... To be honest our refund system is really so slow but i can sure we never scam anyone and refund you finally. I promise! If you still have not get your refund you can solve it by your own method and i wont prevent you. Thanks! ;)"
So, apparently what I'm gathering from this is... We told you 10-15 days less than 24hrs ago, buuuuuuut never mind... I'm sorry, if we cant give you a refund, you figure that out! What's so hard about just giving me my money back? You had no issues accepting it?... just give it back...
Don't do business with this company... especially if they add winky faces to their emails telling you that if they can't give you your money back, figure it out yourself... seriously popreal?...
I spent $145 on 2 orders in which were terrible... out of the 25-30 items I purchased, 2 of the items I actually liked... and even they had flaws... Just don't... save yourself the hassle...

I filed a complaint with paypal to get a refund for JUST A PARTIAL of the items they NEVER SENT, which was about half my order... it took 2 months before paypal just told me to send everything back. Popreal tried to get me to close my case stating if I closed it they'd refund me. Paypal told me absolutely not because if I closed it I'd have no way at all of getting my money from them. Popreal told me to mail the items to a California address, Paypal told me that address is not linked to Popreal and that I would need to send them to China. My refund would be $74.49, it was going to cost me over $100 to send the items to China. So they tried lying twice to get me to lose my money. I requested repeatedly that they please just send the rest of my order or my partial refund. They blocked me from signing in to the website, they wont pick up my phone calls or respond to my voicemails and they are ignoring my emails. This is a scam! I am filing a complaint with the government for internet crimes as well as my bank. The address is www.Ic3.gov if you are looking to provide the government information on this company to get them shut down! None of the items I received were as described, poorly made. Don't get caught up in the nonsense that happened to me!
I asked for a refund because the items were out of stock- their fault! I asked for it in March 2018! Its end of June and they havent sent me my money back. Instead they keep lying to me that their financial department has lost all refund data and they still need 10-20 days. They keep sending me this email- liars! Do not EVER order there!

As many of the previous reviews have stated... DO NOT order from them. The first time I ordered from them it took 2 months for my items to arrive. I thought maybe it was just the time of year (October) that was causing the delay. I emailed them and eventually got a response stating my items were on the way. I actually gave them a 2nd chance and I have been equallly dissapointed! Its now going on a full month and I have yet to receive my items. Ive emailed several times about the status of my order and I just get emails asking me to be patient. This company is so disappointing. They have such cute products however the customer service and delivery times are terrible. NEVER AGAIN! Oh and I speak English and live in the US ( I only mention this because Popreal replied to one of the previous reviews stating the bad reviews were left by those who didnt speak English or who are out of the country).

I spent 60$ on 4 sets of matching matching suites that i was super excited for and waited almost 3 months email afer email only to not receive a response or any bathing suites. Week after week all it said in order details was processing.

I ORDERED SOMETHING ON APRIL 25TH. It's now the middle of June. When I ordered it said shipping on 24 hours. This is a complete lie. I never received my order. Customer service is terrible. They keep telling me to wait a few more days. Tracking has not updated since April. I just want my money back! Do not fall for this scam

First, I tried entering a coupon as I was the first time?, And it did not go through. I contacted the company immediately, and they told me they were unable to help me. I asked for a refund, and they refused. Then, only 1/2 my order arrived, 1 month after I ordered it. I emailed asking about the other half, and was told it was shipped, and that I should ask my neighbors if they saw it. As if someone took it off my porch. I asked Julia for a tracking number so I can contact the USPS, and was given a number that is not legitimate. I asked again and received the same number. The post office told me I need either a customs number or number with letters in front of it, and without this I cant trackma package coming into the US. I emailed back-and-forth again, Julia told me she was not responsible for an order that was lost. Are you serious? Only one thing was of quality and fit, the other six items that did arrive are in poor condition, the colors have already bled on one another, and two do not fit. I still have yet to receive the rest of the order, and I paid something like $130 for everything. Thats an expensive cheap set I did get! Eek! Please beware of this company. I do not recommend you support them!

This company is a joke. They have the worse customer service. They never answer the phone. Sent several email, requesting my refund haven't hear back from them. I also emailed them the return tracking number and still haven't heard back from them. This whole " I'm sorry" crap is getting old. The worse online shopping experience ever.

I placed my order on May 8th. They claim that youll receive your order in 20 days. The last website update I have is that the order was still processing on May 25th. Meaning: It hadnt even shipped yet. I contacted customer service 3 times. The first time I never even heard back. The second time I wrote them was on May 30th. I told them that if I dont receive my order in 10 days then I would like them to refund my money. I got a response back from Sandy in customer service asking me to be patient. She said it would get sent out ASAP and theyd send it priority shipping. It still shows it as not even being shipped out yet. So I wrote them again demanding a refund and 48 hours later she wrote me again and said that its already been shipped out. Asking me, once again, to be patient because it will take 15-20 working days to reach me. So, apparently it takes PopReal over a month to even ship something out. Buyer beware. They dont do what you ask them to and they dont even do what they say they will. Horrible company!
