I placed my order on May 20th, today is August the 7th and have only received 3 outfits of the 9 that I ordered, needless to say that all of the outfits are for summer wear, which is almost over. I cant believe how unprofessional this company is, Im very disappointed, the have very pretty and unique outfits and if my order was sent in a timely manner I will have been a constant shopper.

I ordered from this site on July 6th and was told that I should receive my order within a few weeks. The tracking order and site that they gave me was janky and did not give me any info, it said the tracking number couldn't be found. I emailed them and they emailed me back pretty much telling me to be patient... lol... Its been a month now! I will never order from another site like this unless I read the reviews. I will be filing a claim with PayPal for sure!

I ordered the items around May 25 which were needed for an event on July 6.
It is August the 5th and I still haven't received anything. Customer service said that they had shipped them in 2 packages. I can only track one and the other hasn't shipped yet. Their customer service representatives know only 2 sentences: "Thank you for your patience" and "items will be shipped soon". By the time the items arrive (if they will ever), I am not sure they would still fit on my daughter...
Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I threw my money away.

If I could give this website a zero rating, I would. I ordered two bathing suits for my daughter and myself. They were not as described! The website showed boy cut bottoms and when they arrived, they were so high cut that BOTH of our vaginas were exposed. I got a return authorization and returned the merchandise on 5/25/18. I still have not received a refund. Whenever I inquire, they say their system is down or that refunds can take up to 25 days or 7 days (I've waited both). It's not 8/5/18 and I've disputed the charge with my credit card. I refuse to give up! FRAUDULENT COMPANY ALERT!

I was alerted that POPREAL are using my Images from my Brand and trying to pass them off as their OWN! This is an absolute disgrace, not only do they steal money from people, they rip of small brands too.
90% of the images you see on their website which are with people wearing clothes are NOT THEIR images!
Do not waste your time or money on their CHEAP BAD QUALITY ITEMS!
Buy from small brands, which offer beautiful handmade quality items!

I ordered two matching Minnie Mouse sets for my daughters as we are headed to Disney on Sept 8th. I placed my order on June 4th and just received it on July 27th nearly 2 months later. I could have dealt with the late arrival as there is still plenty of time before our trip; however, I only received one of the items that I ordered and instead of the matching outfit in the size I ordered I was shipped something that was completely different than what I ordered and in the wrong size. Since clearly this is not my error I expected the company would apologize for the inconvenience and want to rectify the situation as soon as possible in an effort to keep me as a customer. Instead of offering to ship me the item that I ordered and paid for they told me that I would have to ship the item that they sent that was incorrect and I would have to absorb the cost myself for the shipping and once they receive the item they will credit my Mastercard with the refund or I could reorder the item again and they would give me $10 off the cost of reordering the set(remember I already paid for my item and didn't receive what I ordered). I'm sorry but what Popreal should do is tell me to keep the item they sent in error as a courtesy for the inconvenience or at the very least send me a shipping label and send me the Minnie mouse set that I actually ordered and paid for with rush shipping so that it arrives in time for my trip. This was not my error it was your error so why should I have to pay anything extra? This was the first time and now the last time that I will order from this site. If you want to use a website that has super cute clothing at a great price that is still of quality and has a great customer service policy then look no further than Wish.com. I won't be using Popreal ever again and I will gladly share my negative experience all over my social media accounts. Julia was the customer service rep that left much to be desired.

Nice surprise. I'm afraid to shop online because I always have a problem with choosing the right size. Size tables make things a lot easier. This is my first order and everything fits. Cool quality - in the end I feel fashionable! It was easy to find things on the site, and the choice is that I could not decide.

I have received my package after 1 1/2 months. They are dresses for my nieces 1 year old daughter. It was a birthday gift which was on July 1st and I received it after the birthday is over but I am glad that I did receive it. They look pretty but not very good quality. This was my first time shopping with them and I will not buy again.
I ordered dresses over a month ago and still haven't received it. They gave me tracking number and it shows on 4px.com tracking that my package is at LAX progressing through postal network since 6/26/2018 for 1 package and 07/02/2018 for 2nd package but it hasn't been delivered. When I email them they keep asking me to have patient and that I should receive it soon.
I ordered 3 mermaid tails for me and my 2 daughters back in APRIL and still have not received 2 of the 3 items. It should not take over 3 months to receive these items. I have requested a refund through their customer service and was told that they don't give refunds. I have since submitted the charge to my credit card as fraudulent. This company is a joke. Please don't order off this website. They are a SCAM. I ordered matching outfits for me and my daughter for our Disney trip. Now, this was back in May! We went to Disney in June and it is July and I still do not have my order. Not to mention they have been telling me since May that I would get a refund, but it takes 25-30 days and then another email tells me that the system is down. I finally requested a refund and our little customer service friend julia who has seemed to pop up lots in these complaints has refused to refund me. What kind of company is this? This company is a scam! Because of self experience i believe that anyone who wants to buy clothes for their child should avoid this place completely! A couple months ago (it was so long I actually lost count) I ordered clothes for my child. They said the shipment will be shipped to my house in 3-7 business days! It didnt come to the door even though it said 3-7 days. I then wanted a refund and they said they would give me a refund but nothing came into my bank account, after i asked them about it they then said they would try to send the package asap instead of giving me a refund. The shipment came to my house 2 months later. As soon as i opened the package I noticed the clothing looked nothing like the photo and i wanted that refund but obviously they wouldnt give me it. Poor quality and this company should be avoided
