First I would like to say for the prices and quality of the product you purchase are pretty great. If you are not satisfied or the item was not what you wanted, be aware of the return system. As I came to write a review I noticed there were lots of similar stories on here. I ordered several items from the Mommy and Me section to which I returned it all. Sizes were off and I ordered a matching heart sweater for myself and my daughter to which I received one heart and one star shirt. I returned all of the items on 6/19/18 as instructed and I even emailed a copy of the return label and tracking number. I received an email the next day 6/20/18 that stated a 25-30 day return processing time. I sent a follow up email on 7/5/18 to be sure they received the items. 7/8/18 I get a response with no answer, just stating don't worry ill get my refund. 7/24/18 I email again stating I have yet to get my refund. 7/25/18 a reply stating that it will be complete in 7-12 working days. 8/4/18 I send another email that I have not received my refund. 8/6/18 a response asking that I wait another 12 days. 8/9/18 I respond and am just a tad bit frustrated at this point. 8/11/18 I hear back from them that they have updated my account to emergency status and I will have to wait another 14-18 days. 8/11/18 I reply back, knowing that my items were received on 6/22/18 due to the tracking number. 8/12/18 I get a response asking for the SKU of the items I returned. 8/12/18 I respond again with the tracking and skipping info. 8/13/18 I get a response asking to wait 10-15 more days. A few more emails have been sent since then with no answers at all. I totally understand returning items takes a while, but this is RIDICULOUS! I am a Divorced mom with 3 children and spent almost $100! Please beware if you are not happy with your items that you my never get your money back. My advice is to order one item to see how you like it. As of today, still no answers or Refund!

I order from the shop site some clothes for my child. I waiting for my order with impatience because i've order too much amazing things. When I picked up the package I was pleasantly surprised it was very tightly packed. The clothes is amazing it's exactly like in the pictures. The size is great and quality it's okey. I have 3 mother daughter dresses all size 90 for a 1 yr old! 3 dresses. Now after weeks trying to reach them i found an email that works and they are telling me the 2 purple dresses i order they dont have the size... to choose something else?. I really want my money there is nothing w the 3 red dresses that no one but the baby can wear so i lost that money. With all you respect in USA that is called a con artist. THIS PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE. A lot of the 5 star reviews here are fake and paid for! I ordered $200 worth of merchandise. Most of my items were wrong sizes and colors. I think I had one item correct. Five of my items NEVER arrived. I email them several times and I got no response from anyone. They are thieves! Stay away.

Waited 3 months and they only sent half my order. Do they realize a toddler can be a different size in 3 months? None of the information on their website about shipping is true. They simply do not ship items unless they are pressed over and over about it. I can't believe PayPal supports this company. It is a terrible company with shady customer service and practices. I placed my order June 10th, 2018. Today is August 10th, 2018. I have tried contacting customer service at least 12 times. They continue to send me an automated message that repeats the samething over and over. It's a gerernal message not specified for the customer at all. Finally, I found a number and of course, they want you to leave a message and someone will contact you. So much bull$#*!!
