I was at Popeyes and it was soooo fun and then I was speaking Spanish and helping one of my boys with it too. So fun shout out to this amazing staff!

Last night i went and order me some chicken tenders. I received my order and. I parked in the parking lot and took a bite. Man, them tenders were so hard it broke my tooth. I would not recommend eating here because they over cook their chicken to the point you can eat them. Now i have to spend thousands of dollars to get dental works. Thanks alot Popeye's!

Very Poor Service

This review is for the Popeyes located at 1050 Ridgeland Pkwy., Alpharetta, GA.

I placed my order through the mobile app at 11:30 AM. When asked where I wanted to pickup my order, I selected Drive Thru. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was told to wait. After a couple of minutes, the employee told me I had to come in since it was a mobile order. I asked when did this start because I have always received my mobile orders through the drive thru. She clapped back and said, "I'm trying to explain it to you that you have to pick up mobile orders inside." When I tried to ask her why, that I never had to before, that's why I do mobile orders, because I don't want to have to go inside, she clapped back again and said I HAD to come inside for mobile orders. VERY RUDE PERSON! So I went inside and had to wait in line for my mobile order. After waiting 30 minutes, from placing my order, I finally received my meal. I checked to see if my order was right, well, it wasn't so I had to go back to the counter. This is a VERY SLOOOOOOW restaurant. They'll take 1 person's order and then go prepare it. I'll never visit this place again and definitely will not recommend it.

Horrible

My family and I waited at the Decatur Alabama location from 5:58pm to 7:25pm for our order. An off work manager offered us a refund around 6:45 for our wait and due to an issue with the card was not able to process it and was going to offer me cash instead but the manager on duty didnt know how to do the override when it came to processing the closing paperwork so refused to give me a refund and also refused to give me my receipt back. This establishment was better off being closed.

Way overpriced.

Chicken was not done. I am probably going to be sick from eating it. Meal was way overpriced. Three chicken tenders for over 15 dollars is ridiculous.

Order is never right

This is a letter of complaint about your resturant located at 5020 E County Line Rd, Indianapolis, IN *******. I thoughly enjoy Popeye's an drive approx. 10 miles to visit a location. Tonight was th last time i will ever visit this particular store, in the past, my orders ahve always been the same, 3 piece all white with redbeans and rice. That being said, out of the last four trips, my order has not been correct, once i received a wing, leg and thigh as all white meat, tonight, it was one wing, one breast and a drumstick, not all white. Once after sitting in line at the drive thru, placing my order and arriving at the window, only to be told they were out of chicken, how that happens at a chicken place i don't understand. Always when you get to the drive thru window it seems as if the party is inside, pehaps you should have a regional manager pay a visit to the particular resturant.

Alright! Here we go with this b*******., I'm going to have to start cooking because I'm going to end up really embarrassing one of these counter persons taking your orders and the manages ain't worth s*** by letting them do it, how in the f*** are you going to have a attitude because I asked for fries with my dinner everybody in the back on the f****** phone texting or looking on Facebook or Instagram it was some little straps and the fry holder and she tried to give me those after she closed my box and went back there looked at the monitor and nobody was going to make fries so she came back around open my box up was going to try to give me them rags and straps that's been sitting there for a minute and you can tell it's barely enough to give a customer any and I told her don't give me no straps just give me a mashed potatoes and gravy this little I'm not going to call out her name but how can you have an attitude you trying to give a customer some f***** up food and the customer sees you and I tell you I don't want those straps so you take the mashed potatoes and gravy and throws it in the bag and as I'm getting my drink I see you scraping the fry holder and throwing them in the trash and you know those was some trashy $#*! fries from the start and tried to give them to me.
Popeye's up here on Northwest expressway and Wilshire I hate to call out somebody business but again it's the manager fault for letting this s*** happen when you know you have a counter person who ain't worth s*** and you keep them there because you don't have no help..

Selling chicken surprises this branch - making you wait 45 (bleep)-ing minutes for take out. I order, come back in 10 minutes (when they said the order would be ready) and still wait 35 MORE (bleep)-ing minutes?! Happens every time.

The drive thru exit gets jammed up by cars that have to bring in their bags to correct the order. The lobby is filled with disappointed faces looking around - all thinking about where the closest KFC is (a few blocks west on Hwy 36!).

They always lie about when the next batch of chicken will come out of the fryer. Multiply the BS estimate by 4X and you're pretty close to what they will deliver. Why is preparing fried chicken a surprise to this fried chicken store in Avon?

As much as I like the food, I won't go back to this atrociously slow and inept location.

Not a good experience

I went there last night, hardly anyone was in line! I had almost a 30 min wait for biscuits, apple pies and 6 ghost peppers wings! Took entirely way to long so I went in past closing hours and made my complaint and still had to wait another 5 mins.

I placed an order online to be picked up via drive-thru and at the window I ordered more wings and the girl said I have to pay cash so I did. Later on after coming home I saw another charge on my credit card! The girl who took order didn't give me any drink I had to remind her and she asked what drink I ordered. It was right there on her screen. She's too lazy or too brain dead to know what to look for! She's on drug I'm 99% sure! Will never go again and the food doesn't even taste that good. I thought KFC was bad and this is even worse!

I worked there for a short period of time and when I say it was awful it definitely was. They don't train you they just put you out there as if you should know what to do. They are not sanitary they want you to put chicken on nasty sheet pans and they also leave dishes overnight,. The manager Brittany yells at new employees and The DM Jodi is not friendly either. I'm sure they have a high turnover rate because of the way they treat people. This is the building on Cumberland street located in Lebanon TN they are awful. They need to be re-educated on how to treat staff and customer service as well

HORRIBLE!

INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE! One week ago we ordered Popeyes and the first response was 45 minutes - all good. Incrementally that got longer and longer until it was 2 + hours. Then after waiting 2-hours, we get a message that your order has been cancelled.

Flash forward - we decided that we have ordered from Popeyes before and we should give them another shot. Popeyes had actually reached out to the previous incident apologizing and offering 600-points (which means what?).

The result of the "retry" was IDENTICAL! Crazy... we ordered and paid - all was good so after an hour of waiting and a couple of delays which amounted to nearly an hour and a half delay - we get this screen that shows "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED"... for what?

We bought a family meal 10pcs chicken with sides in portage avenue winnipeg, we taste something different in some of the chiken… taste like soap or something like that. So we called the store right away to inform them so they could check on it too…. The manager cynthia offered to replace the bucket of chiken but we just let it pass and so she gave us gift cert. Instead, we appreciate that she handled it nicely and we hope that it wont happen again. We dont know why it happened or how it happened but we just hope that nothing serious about it

Worst experience ever

We had the worst experience ever in the New circle Popeyes. The women worked there was so irresponsible and had harsh look at us, even not speaking politely. We had worse drive though ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!

Out of everything

After ordering online to pick up to skip the drivethru. I arrived just on time according to the text sent to us. I was asked to wait which was fine they were understaffed. The problem was no one informed us prior that they were out of all the sides we ordered. After about ten minutes the nice young man started to put my order together he then informed me they were out coleslaw so I substituted to biscuits than it was no dessert my wife ordered so I substituted that so after another five minutes of getting this together he informs me they are out of mashed potatoes and it will be at least another ten minutes if I want those so I just take fries. What a mistake the fries were so dried out and cold they were not edible and I had a huge box of them. So after spending close to $60 and only getting chicken that was any good we will not ever go back to any Popeyes location and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
