When I arrived the young lady stated, we only have ice tea or fruit punch for drinks. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potato and she stated, yeah we don't have the mashed potato's. I told her I wanted 2 legs and 2 thighs, she pulled out 1 leg 1 thigh 1 breast and 1 wing. I restated that I requested 2 legs and 2 thighs, she sighed and fixed the order. I then asked for an extra leg seeing she could not complete my order and she responded I can't do that, I said ok and took out a $10.00 bill and she responded I can make change either. I paid by card and asked when I was leaving if this is just a bad day? She responded no it's been like this for awhile. I can not provide my proof of purchase because she could not provide me with my receipt either.

I just went to the Popeyes in Augusta the one on tobacco road the food is good the chicken is good the sandwiches is good but when their sides I just requested an order for some red beans and rice the container is always half full and they had some hard rice on top like it was texture of plastic. It was probably old and dried out but then they want to charge you $2.49 for a side that's half full and then the rice is drying hard I thought rice is supposed to be soft I heard of stir fried rice but even you can chew it

I ordered a butterfly shrimp tackle box which is supposed to be 8 butterfly shrimp. I got popcorn chicken and was told that they were out of the butterfly shrimp after I paid and received my order. And they kept my receipt.

The Popeyes in Port Vincent, La. Took Our Money Then Told Us To Leave Without Or Food, After We Paid It Took 3 Days And All WE Got Back Was Our Money, Brittney And Sandy Do Not Take Of The Customers They Are Rude, Do Not Go To Popyes In Port Vincent!

Well after the 3 days of hell we went thru all they(Sandy The D. M.) gave us was a refund, no extra compensation for stealing our money and treating us like thieves.

The Employee(Jessica) That Gave Us Our Refund Just Basically Thru The Money At Us and Never Said Sorry or Thank you. Sore # *******

I ordered on the app and when I went to the drive thru I was told they would not give me my food unless I went in.
Actually told me that if I wanted my food I would come in and get it.
I use the app and drive thru to avoid going in places because I have an Ill family member.
They made me go in to get my food that I already paid for because obviously they felt like it at that time.
Unacceptable, and total BS
All this in addition to the construction ongoing making it almost impossible to get in and out.

One of my experience is placing an order from Jersey Mikes through their app. Apparently they use Doordash for their delivery service. Jersey Mikes just happens to be less than a five minute drive from me but I had been preoccupied. The order never arrived. Called Jersey Mikes who stated I had to call Doordash and we went around in circles. I finally got Doordash to send another driver with another order which took another 45 minutes. The second time was ordering from Popeyes through their app. Apparently they also use Doordash for their delivery service. I was supposed to receive my order about 25 minutes later but it never arrived. About 45 minutes later, I got a call from the Doordash driver thinking he was calling Doordash corporate. He went on to tell me that he had been waiting in line for half an hour only to find out that the restaurant had closed. I got a call from Doordash support almost 3 hours later to tell me that they have a second driver waiting to pick up my order at Popeyes. Was I lied to? Why would they even attempt to deliver 3 hours later? I told them other arrangements had been made and to cancel the order. They did cancel as I received an email but could not or would not process the refund. Here I am being sent in circles trying to get a refund. Doordash is the absolute worst!

In the last 6 months, about half our visits to Popeyes in Fall River, MA resulted in orders that were shortchanged. On one occasion, the pies we paid for were not in the bag and I had to go back in again and wait in line a second time. On another occasion, one of the wings had broken bones. On another occasion, the cups of cajun rice were only half filled. And on the last visit, I recieved a wing instead of a breast in a 2-piece dinner, which means, yes, there were only two wings in the box. Because the takeout window is so small, its nearly impossible to look through all the bags for errors at point of pickup. The location has no drive thru. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind getting less food than you paid for. Although the food is good, it can be pricy, making this problem most frustrating.

I went to my local Popeye's, (Concord, NC) for the second time since it opened and ordered a 12 piece family meal which came to over $30.00 and took it home. Once there we found little bits of chicken bone from where they cut-up the chicken, the chicken tasted stale and was luke warm. I was very displeased and sent an email through the link on their website and after several weeks have never received a response. Their prices are on the high side, but I was okay with that if the food would have been good. Even the cashier was unfriendly and disinterested when I ordered. I will not be returning. Overall this was a terrible dining experience.

Southern fried yumminess! Make sure to get the red beans and rice, it's addictive! You'll need to make room in the bag for more sides, like mac & cheddar cheese and green beans & bacon. And those biscuits? Way good!

Fast and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else.
