I remember when Popeyes was good food and happy to get it. I sit in a Popeyes at this moment in Ft Worth Texas and have vowed to myself never again will I spend a dime at Popeyes. Ordered Cajun fish. Watered down lemonade unappetizing three pieces of fish that looked worse than gas station fried fish served in a plain container. As soon as I saw it, it screamed" I am not gonna be any good for you" wished I had listened and just walked away from it. Bad to no taste - think elementary school food on a bad day. Hard to understand cashier. Popeyes - you cannot go down in chicken grease flames soon enough. Last dollar you will ever get from me or my family I promise. Man, you stink. But really. I could eat better from my own trash can. Feel sad for what you have become. What happened to you?

Been waiting 1/2 hour for food.Not even busy. Bayou Vista store. I won't be coming back here.No organization at all. Probably bad management.

I went to popeyes off anvil block ellenwood ga. I only wanted a leg n a thigh. Cost was $8 plus tax. What a rip off. I went 3 miles to Churchs chicken n got a leg and 2 thighs for $3.99 and Churchs ask if I wanted hit sauce. You no if you dont ask 4 condiment u want get any but Churchs ask. I will NEVER go to Popeyes chicken again. And the lady had the nerve to be rude after I said $8 for a leg/thigh is a RIPOFF. I'm not that thirsty. Chicken from Churchs was hot as well

Was in the drive thru and ordered surf and turf with mac & cheese. He comes back and says we are out of mac & cheese so I said fries. I then ordered (2) flounder sandwiches and he comes back and says they are out of fish. I then said cancel my whole order. I couldn't get out of the drive thru as there was a car behind me. When I got to the window I told the kid that I don't have an order, but some advice and told him to take down the cardboard sign for the fish sandwich since they are out of it. I said this might help other customers when they pull up to this $#*! hole. He just looked at me like a deer in the head lights.

Today I went to the Popeye's on Altamesa Blvd.in Fort Worth, Texas.
The food was terrible. The chicken sandwich was about half the size it use to be and cold.
The Large Red beans and rice had about 2 spoons of red beans and the rest was rice.
It was a waste of my money.
I will never go back to this Popeye's again.

Amazing food and taste. Hot and fresh … Great taste I will come here again. Great team. New and nice environment

Beware of ordering an extra side with your meal. It cost's $7.00. Also, they don't even fill the container up. So not worth it

We ordered shrimp from the one in Elkhart Indiana today it was totally disgusting... didn't even look or taste like shrimp... We should have known better after our chicken experience last year... the chicken was disgusting too all dried out... NEVER GOING BACK THERE!.

Went to Popeyes to try fish sandwich
Instead had dried chicken breast in fish labeled sandwich bag, the girl that took order was struggling with English, very disappointed

We ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and then just 1 Spcy Chicken sandwich by itself. They didn't give us the sandwich. We went back and they asked for the receipt which we didn't have. Asked if we called. Said no. They said they looked at therir history and he did not see the order. He refused to give us the sandwich. Very rude. We asked to speak to the manager and would not get him. We pointed out the guy who handed us the food originally. I have worked in fast food as a manger for 20 years. That was definitely NOT the way you handle that situation. I would apologize and give them the sandwich. You need to build good customer service so the customer keeps coming back. They were just unbelievable.

Popeyes needs to stick with what they know = chicken. Just had their new fish sandwich and every bite had that yuck fishy taste. I threw it away and will be going back for a refund.

Give your feedback on your visit to Popeyes and receive two pieces of chicken and a biscuit free with purchase of a large drink. This is a joke because I tried it.
First, I didn't receive the biscuit and second the large drink cost $3.59 plus tax. I actually paid for the whole meal thru the cost of the drink, I think. I could have bought a Classic chicken sandwich for $3.99.

I ordered my food on the phone and when I went to pick it up I got called racial slurs and called a monkey trying to pick it up. I also found pubes in my burger all on the top bun. -1 star if I could.

Walked into their lobby no one was at the front desk everybody just looked at me in the back finally a manager came forward told me the lobby was closed, I told her the door was open. I was the only one there in the lobby, so I said do you want me to leave? She said yes. I got in my car and took my happy $#*! on my way. This was Mobile Alabama schillinger road. Then I went to Zaxby's and got some of their horrible chicken which I had never had before the exact snack was dry the toast was dry the fries were old I just can't win today. So sad.
