This is the 3rd time I experienced the issue in witch the restaurant lack of organization the dine-in was closed no note on the door witch by the way doors was unlock, facility in disarray, employees attitude like can care less, short in many of the staples products. I will not use this facility for sure in the future.
Made an online order got to the location in 5 minutes, waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes, cashier was upset because I requested my fries fresh because cold fries are nasty, she told me "your order is already made." I DONT CARE my food is paid for and i my soda was sitting for 30 minutes so when I asked for them to replace that, they gave me soda with no ice. Let's not mention the lobby was closed when I walked to the door. A girl told me it was closed and I attempted to tell her I had an online order but she walked away. What's the point of online ordering if I had to still WAIT as if I was ordering?
I went to the Popeye's in Katy, Texas on Morton and Fry... They had a special advertised in the window and near the drive thru... To my surprise, when I asked for it, they said it was no longer available, that they forgot to take it down... Any other fast food or restaurant would have honored it since it was still advertised and it was their error... I contacted the so called Popeye's corporate office, and all's they could do was tell them to take the sign down... LOSERS! Needless to say, they just lost a damn good customer!
30 years ago, Al Copeland Senior did my father so dirty on a business deal that he should have burned Copelands headquarters (Clearview Pkwy) down. The beauty of the Popeyes chain is the batter, and a separate entity at that. Because of the batter, I remained a customer at Popeyes nationwide. Of course today, I visited the Slidell, La. Store on Gause Blvd. East, and as typical, the order was wrong. In fact, I can't recall an order ever being correct the hundreds of times I've been. I'm struggling with the general Popeyes customers as they all seem to think the chicken coop on the south side of the building is cute. My theory on cute, is for Popeyes to get my order right. Al Senior and Al Junior reaped wealth on a recipe. They too, have robbed me for 3 decades.
You can only get the 59 cent meal if you make a minimum purchase. You can only get one. They aren't celebrating, they are bait and switching.
We visited the Town Square location at 8:30 pm. The cashier was very unprofessional almost laying in the window. We asked if she could make sure our food was hot only to be told that it would be 50/50. Not understanding I asked for clarity and she explained that some chicken had been prepared 30 minutes ago and others a little later. I asked if she could give us fresh chicken and she said no because they close in 45 min. I asked to speak to the manager and he abruptly came to the window and said "What you need" I began to tell him and he cut me off and stated "I give you money back we are cooking anymore chicken". I was so shocked that I couldn't even respond. After returning my money he rudely said " Give my ticket". UI let him know that he was rude and that I would not be returning and he said fine. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you have children working there please check on them because he was extremely rude to his staff in the background.
Popeyes is the best chicken around here! There are 4-5 other chicken places around here and Popeyes is by far the best! The chicken sandwich is way better than any other. Service is always quick and I ave never had a mistake in any of my orders. Employees are always courteous and friendly.
The Nuggets were slivers of chicken surrounded by a lot of crust. I will not order this item again. I will continue with Wendy's from now on when I want Nuggets.
Went to popeyes for the first and last time service was awful and it took 20 min to get a fish sandwich, and two chicken sandwiches they did not taste good for the money you pay should be much better
This location has improved 100% and customer service is amazing! My chicken was hot and ready. No complaints at all.
Today bought another family meal from popeyes. 2nd time since start of covid. Popeyes does not taste the same since company quit getting the spices from diversified foods. Now it is like all the restaurants that put Cheyenne pepper on their food and called it Cajun. It is not the same. Just oily chicken with no taste. Sad. ZERO STARS. Would only let me show my review if I clicked a star. Another bull crap app
Your service is so bad the employees don't seem to care they take long lunch breaks texting while at the drive threw window long hair flying everwhere no soap in bathrooms.

I made an online order, used a gift card, had to fill the gift card with money from a credit card because they don't allow split payments.
Show up, store is closed. They refund all to the card.
I'm never returning to Popeyes. Their service is slow, food is cold and dry, employees are rude, and online customer service is abysmal.
So I'm out 20 dollars since it's a gift card that's now tied to my email. They refuse to refund me.

I just ordered a 3-wing combo from the Popeyes restaurant on Old Milton and Northpoint Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. That has got to be the nastiest fast food I have ever purchased! The wings were incredibly tiny, over coated with breading, so spicy it was hard to eat, full of grease, and just awful. The cole slaw was rancid, the biscuit greasy, and I ended up throwing the whole mess in the trash. I pray I don't get sick from what of it I did eat. What in the world do they think they are doing selling nasty food like that? Oh, and the guy that took my order acted like he just got out of jail. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact and no command of the English language. I will NEVER EAT AT A POPEYES RESTAURANT AGAIN IN MY LIFE!
Only one in drive thru I thought great! But no no After waiting 10 mins only to find out their drive through doesn't work (no sign) then 10 mins at the window for drawer change no apologies then 10mins for the food. Terrible service and I counted 4 staff. I've gotten faster service with 2 ppl elsewhere. Milk Seffner location the worst
We went out hey drive thru was asked to park because chicken needed 3 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in to see what was going on. They said 5more minutes. After a hour passed I walked in and ask for corporate phone the manger said she didn't know the number. My chicken needed 5 more minutes. I had to ask them to just give me what the had. Food was cold and fries cold macaroni burnt. I paid $70 and I will never go again.
I cannot speak for the rest of the nation, but here in Connecticut the service is atrocious. It's so bad that it can't be an accident. I mean every take-out order is done wrong, and forget about doordash, The lids are never put on properly so it's a total mess when it reaches your home. I've been experiencing these problems for well over three years and the Corp. doesn't give a damn. I love the chicken but not worth the aggravation. All I can say is they are extremely lucky that I'm paralyzed from the chest down or I would've went down more than one pounds franchised slap the workers or manager for that matter silly. At this point they truly do not care about fixing it, and I expect it has to do with wages. I have no photos because it's been over a year and 1/2 since I made a purchase.
The last 5 times I've been to this popeyes, 4 times they didn't have chicken sandwiches.The drive thru is very slow.And when you get to the order speaker, they don't have any chicken sandwiches. I'll go to canes or chick fil a.
We went into Popeyes and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, first of all the ice Meche r had no ice, the chicken sandwich tasted awful. It tasted like fish and the fries were all stuck together and cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not would I not only recommend it I would tell people NOT to go. I told the lady at the front it was awful and could not eat it, all she said was sorry and that they didn't cook seafood and chicken in the same grease and did not offer a refund! We will never be back!
Answer: I do not know that answer... except that they have to be aware of how horrible their food is. Not to worry, This will be the first and last time I eat anything from Popeye's in this lifetime!

Answer: Over cooked and old. Help inexperienced. I am afraid they are over paid too. Always new people on hand.
