I went earlier today around 430pm and ordered a number 6 combo. I then went to open my nuggets and I see NO BISCUIT. I am very upset. I really REALLY wanted a biscuit.

WENT TO POPEYES CHICKEN AT 1928 BRICE RD REYNOLDSBURG OH FOR A 10 PIECE FAMILY MEAL DEAL WITH 2 LARGE SIDES AND 5 BISCUITS FOR 19.99.
1 WAS CHARGED 25.99 FOR A 9 PIECE WITH 2 SIDES AND 4 BISCUITS INSTEAD AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T OFFER THE 10 PIECE. I CALLED STORE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH DRIVE-THRU. SO I CALLED CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD IT IS AN ONLINE OR MOBILE OFFER ONLY AND WHEN I ASKED WHY IT WAS NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE AS AN ONLINE ORDER ONLY OFFER I WAS TOLD "I DON'T KNOW" AND TO ORDER IT ONLINE IF I WANTED WHAT THEIR WEBSITE OFFERS

I haven't been to Popeye's in a while but visited one on Hesperia Road yesterday. I was actually impressed by the quality of the chickens we got- tasted great and they were huge portions. The service was great except there was no dine-in option. The speakerphone wasn't working to place orders, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I thought the service window employee was great as well. Will try this location again in the future.

I reported this Popeyes to Corporate at least 3 time's for poor customer service... I'm not going back there.

So I order Popeyes for my family from the Palmer and Dessau location and spent a good $50 on Popeyes for me to get uncooked chicken as if that is safe. I called and will be returning the uncooked chicken for my money back. Unacceptable!

Popeyes is absolutely awful. It tastes like $#*! and they always get your order wrong. All I ordered was chicken tenders and Mac and cheese and ever single bit of it was a disappointment. They gave me regular chicken instead of tenders and it tasted absolutely awful I couldn't even take 2 bites. I thought the Mac and cheese would at least make up for that but it was just as terrible. It looked highly unappetizing burnt and the ugliest color I've ever seen and tasted even worse. If you're ever thinking of going to Popeyes please don't waste your time.

I sometimes go to the popeyes on Lee Rd in Cleveland. The service is terrible. It can easily take a half hour to go through the drive thru. Whats worse is they can't seem to get your order right. I've had this problem with them more than once. Its hard to understand why they can't get a customers order correct. Are they stupid or just ghetto? I'm done with them.

Went through drive thru at around 12:40 and the customer service was excellent! 1300 W Pinhook Lafayette LA

The size of their pieces of chicken are astonishingly small. I didn't know that a thigh could be bite sized. What a rip off. Never again.

I placed a catering order for 16 people with the Popeye's located in Mason Ohio off Mason Montgomery Road for Pickup on Thursday December 16,2021 to be picked up at 11:45am. This was placed 5 days in advance. 15 minutes before I was to pick up the order the Manager Amanda called me to tell me they were out of chicken. I asked her to place the order at another location and she said she could not do that since she was a franchise. I called the corporate office to get the same kind of response. Sorry but they ran out of chicken and there is nothing they will do.

What has happen to popeys it use to be the best but i went last week and food was so bad i could not eat went in the trash i hope this is not a norm for them

This is my second time, and my last There is no organization what so ever! I ordered on line expecting my order to be ready by the time I drove here (which is 15 min drive). They run out of food frequently and the service here is less then desired. No one even spoke to me after waiting 10 minutes. I see a lot of people standing around and the manager is barking orders! Someone needs to whip this place into shape! There is no excuse!

I made an online order for Pick up on the drive thru I just had a hysterectomy surgery, hence my reason to pick up my order thru drive thru, when I got there the woman on the phone was very rude and told me to come inside I told her my situation and that I requested to pick up my order thru drive thru she insisted I had to come in to get my order, when I got in there I was made to wait for 1/2 hour and then she said that they did not get my order, even tho I showed her the receipt I have on my email. She refused to serve me and told me to call and get a refund. She refused to serve me what I ordered and paid for. She had no empathy for my situation. What a horrible experience from POPEYES, I wont be buying again.

We stop there 12 noon on 01/04/22, had two chicken sandwiches. Which were very good and decided to order 8 pice chicken (at a cost of $28.00 and change) to go and have for dinner. A BIG MISTAKE. Once home, open the box I found the chicken looked old and hard. Tried to eat a piece and found it to be old and dried out. This chicken was not fresh, it had to be a day or two old because it was uneatable, old, dried out and unfit for human consumption. Caution, check your take-out-order before leaving store. Like to have my $28.00 back

My Popeye Chicken was cold. I received no chicken wings. And my two large Pepsi orders were not given to me.
