Just Bad

We have now given our new Popeye's four chances to get the kinks worked out, but they still absolutely cannot get an order right. This last time, we had to drive 40 miles round-trip to get four items that were missing from our order. Plus, we ordered spicy and got regular chicken. We actually just let that slide. Even worse, the managers are rude, condescending and uncooperative EVERY SINGLE TIME. Good food, but it is NOT worth the hassle.

I work retail nearby a Popeyes, and just had a lady who desperately needed to use the restroom be denied services to the restroom even though the restaurant was waiting to be open. Seriously, threatening for the police? Disgusting!
As well, I went on break one day to try Popeyes- only to find later that my chicken was undercooked and pink. I suffered a stomach ache all day, and promptly fed any leftovers to my dogs. The fries and biscuit were the only decent pluses to the meal.
Please improve this business.
Roswell NM 2775 N Main St is the address to the Popeyes of my town. I am currently at work as I am typing this. The incident with the young woman happened just 5 minutes ago as I type.

Worked for a pervert

Well I was working there and the gm said numerous of sexual things to me asked another employee to come to his house before and I literally had enough and quit. And what makes it worse the gm boss was notified about it and nothing was done. The gm told me he wanted my buns asked me of I wanted another baby he give me one comment on my legs how good they looked. Out of pocket. N literally was stuck there to make ends meet for my kids.

Horrible

We're first in line, took 15 minutes to order because they didn't train the guy. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Didn't get sides or biscuits or sauces. Manger wasn't there to talk to. First time there and I won't be back.

Done with Popeyes

Spent $80 on two family meals to go. Got home, missing a bunch of sides and desert. I called the store, they intimated that I was lying. I sent an email to Corporate with all the detailed information and copy of the receipt. A week has passed and not a word for from Popeyes corporate. Apparently they don't care about customer service. I used to be a Popeyes customer, no more!

Chicken like leather

Popeye's store no. 644,1083 W McClain Ave., Scottsburg, IN. Four pieces of chicken purchased October 16,2023 at 4:30 pm: breast, wing, leg, thigh. Pieces so dry that half of each piece could not be eaten. Dry portion like leather and couldn't be chewed. Most likely sat under a heat lamp all day long before my wife and I got the food. This Popeye's store in southern Indiana the worst chicken that my wife or I have ever had at any chicken restaurant. Chicken from Popeye's from cities in northern Indiana were great (Michigan City, Lafayette, La Porte).

A month ago i went into the drive through with my family of 4. On our return home our spicy chicken sandwich's were NOT spicy but plain. I called and spoke to a manager who was nice and said she would put down 2 chicken sandwiches and went a step beyond that and said she wanted to include 2 desserts. She took my name and receipt number and said when I am ready just come on in, it will be in the book. Unfortunately the manager was not at all nice today. She now stated I wasn't in the book and there was silence and no dial tone. She hung up on me! I called back of course with the same rude attitude as before and again I got hung up on! I will never ever take my family of 4 to this establishment ever again! Poor customer service will never keep people coming back!

The older woman part of customer service and her assistant who did the payment when we picked up were grouchy. This older Mexican (not to be racist, I am not white) older woman actually kind of yelled at me when I said, We need non spicy. She answered in loud voice, "I know!" She took all my appetite away from eating and going to PopEyes anywhere. This is not fair! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I go to Popeyes every Monday at Cherry Lane. The staff is great there. The food is usually good. You never know rather you will get enough chicken in the meal. Smaller pieces being served and Prices went up another 1.00 since last week. If they keep going up and soon I will have to limit my visits due to this.
Today all my normal staff was busy and the one person that was avaliable took way too long to come and help me. Can barely read the ticket and not sure of the name.
Can't scan the ticket in but #4528 location, Order 63 on 10/9/23.2 piece combo meal.
They don't have a scanner so you can't put it on the app to build up points for dicounts and free items.

Dirty restaurant

My wife and I went in to eat at Popeyes and was the only ones eating in side and every table was dirty plus bathrooms were dirty too. Called manager on oct.9 day after this and was told she could not do anything about it cause it wasn't her shift. Sounds crazy to me but I bet the kitchen is just as bad as the front of the restaurant.

Worst Popeyes! Always a wait. Breader never end. Take your money and tell you it is a 15 minute wait because there is no chicken and biscuit ready. It's absolutely horrible!

Worset Popeyes Ive EVER been to

I went to this Popeyes for the 2nd time this month both times they had no chicken. The 1st time was understandable as it was at 8:30 pm on a weekday so maybe it was close to closing time. But the 2nd time was at 4 pm and when I stated I wanted to wait the person working the drive-thru said DAMN! Well, its going to be like 15min. I said that would be fine. After waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes as instructed when I placed my order. I went inside to see that the chicken that was under spicy (what I ordered) was being used to fill new drive-thru orders. So I flagged down the manager who said my bad. I'll have to drop more if you want to wait. So of course, I didn't and he said I can give you what I have. SMH

The worst experience ever. I will not be returning too the new store in Zebulon NC! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and 3 pickles was on the sandwich. The cashier needs to practice active listening. I paid for an kids meal $5.00 and didn't get my son toy? What a rip off!

Just had a Popeye's open locally. Tried to go online (with PC) to see menu/prices and after setting location, it shows as 'mobile ordering' isn't working... but still won't let me see a menu for web ordering or store walk-in.
The support bot is worthless - only wants my personal information to 'contact me'... doesn't appear there is anyone available for chat support.
Disappointing to say the least, but like too many other retailers these days, they seem to think everyone uses a smartphone and will install/use their app (after giving them your personal information).
Perhaps, one day in the future, I may actually go in the store to get the information that the website doesn't provide.

He took my money and never finished the job. He is a fraud. After he took my money. He did some work and then never came back. He left my yard a complete mess. He lied repeatedly. First he said his kid was in the hospital, then it was weather, then he was sick, then he said he had a car accident, then he said I needed to pay more in advance to have him come back to finish his work. He is a fraud.

Bad service bad food

Employee are rude. Chicken box was open and spilt. Biscuits are hard half filled mashed potatoes and half filled cole slaw. Popeyes could have good food but the employees don't appreciate their jobs. It's not worth the money!

These restaurants popeye is the best restaurant in waynesboro, the service is good and the workers are doing great job. The Order taker and the Parker are doing fast service. The manager ( black guy) is very friendly, respectful and talk nice to me ( customer). I will always come to buy my food here. Thanks.

I just bought 10 pcs of chicken with biscuits and fries. My surprise the biscuits were packed with the. Chicken. When I got home, I got soggy biscuits. I had to throw them away. I beg you to train your staff to pack items separately to avoid food waste. Thanks!

Placed an order on mobile app for Popeyes
Location: ******* Vanowen St. Reseda *******. Picked up my order, it was missing the 8 pcs Nuggets. I called the number of the store and was told that I can pick it up, when I got to the store the person in the front stating that their phone is broken and that I called the office. So I asked her what are u gonna do about it? She said nothing, i didnt receive ur call and I am not giving u the missing item. I called the number again somebody picked up stating that she remembers me calling and put me on hold, hanged up and never answers again when I tried calling back. I called the number over 10 times and nobody picked up, I left a message. Tried calling customer service but there is no way to speak to a live agent. Person in the store aren't very
Helpful and this is not the first time that this happened. I was explaining to them that I had to go out of my job and will be late to pick up my kid at school. The nuggets is for him btw. This is not about the nuggets or how much I paid it's about the stress, the inconvenience it caused me. I had to drive back and be late to pick up my kid. I paid my food, followed the process, they messed up and making it impossible to make up for their mistake. The people at this store shows no love for their work, maybe u aren't getting paid right or do not like what u do but u applied, agreed and getting paid for the job so it is ur responsibility to perform ur duties. Reported them to BBB.
