First I placed my order online. Once I arrived at the location at my scheduled time my food wasn't ready. The employee informed me that they were out of coleslaw and suggested mashed potatoes and gravy. She came back to the counter a few minutes later and said no mashed potatoes did I want Mac and cheese? I said I guess so. It tasted terrible. The biscuits were hard and cold. This place needs new management. I won't go back to that location again.

Popeye's needs cooks who knows how to cook and know how to use the real Popeye spices. The chicken tastes like someone who has never cooked just threw it in the grease and fried it. More often than not it's nasty, no seasoning or just table salt on the chicken. Like a box of chocolate you never know what it's gonna taste like. The cooks are definitely not educated in Cajun or Black style cooking. We don't eat bland chicken. I will not be wasting money on this gross chicken ever again. I'm thinking of taking this nasty tasting chicken back to Popeye's and get my money back. $32 I just threw away!

We visited the popeye's on Craig while in Las Vegas. Never again, I would rather be hungry. The order was wrong, when resubmitted, it was still wrong. The fries are soggy and old looking, and the chicken is dry and tough.

35 dollars for a family pack. I open the bag to see the 8 peices of chicken.
4 drum sticks.
3 backs.little no almost no meat on these.
1 wing.
Cold fries.
Zero white meat
Felt ripped off on purpose.
I will not go back.
I met the owner of the company when in LA California.now thats a great chicken place.

Well Popeyes you know you have good chicken but the ghost chicken it don't make no sense I know I'm just one person and I have other friends that says the same the chicken is too spicy hot it's so hot you can't enjoy the chicken you need to have some regular chicken wings besides just the ghost wings maybe some people like that hot but that's too damn hot my tongue was on fire when I use the bathroom my butt was on fire and that don't make no sense I ate a couple of pieces and threw the rest away they're ridiculously hot

Ask for mashed potatoes and got red beans/rice. THEIR HONEY PACKETS SAY"HONEY SAUCE" AND HAVE CORN SYRUP AND HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP AS INGREDIENTS

My question is how do they bring MD back there when he thought another employee was underage and tryna to invite them to his house. He married with a new baby and rois you need to be fired he asked ne to have sex numerous of times saying very inappropriate things towards me and other females check the camera u will see MD outside talking to me.

The 1 near Williamson road drive-thru he made it clear that he didn't want 2 take our order... so my wife just drove off i think thats what we r going 2 do now if the server starts out nasty we will take our money elsewhere! I know people have bad days i get it me 2 but it happens a lot anymore when u just want a bit 2 eat!

Every time I go to Popeyes, they screw the order up! Then you cannot get ahold of anyone to complain!

The chicken is delicious, but your biscuits. Now cmon those things are so dry, I feel like I'm swallowing rocks. I'd recommend a personal butter for the biscuits because those things can kill somebody with High expectations OF A BISCUIT BEING BUTTERED! On or about November 25,2023, I visited Popeyes (Store #*******) on or about 3:54PM. I presented Jaquelin, who identified herself as the manager, with a completed Popeyes Rewards Survey (PRS). After placing my order, I handed the PRS to her. After inspecting it she said that "you cannot use it here because the receipt did not come from this store." I shared the following:

1) when I called and received the code, I was not informed of such;
2) the coupon does not say such; and
3) there is no signage in this store or the store where I received the coupon that shares such.

I asked when Popeyes placed me on notice of what she is sharing?

Jaquelin then turns around and walks away without saying anything. When she returns, she is holding a phone and appears to be talking to someone. When she gets off the phone, she tells me again that I "must use a receipt from this store and return it to this store." I asked for her name and shared that I did not believe such is true.

Jaquelin says repeatedly "are you recording me?" I did not respond because I had no idea why she thought so. She continues to ask as she writes her name. Before she hands me the paper with her name on it, she tells me "you cannot record here."

I share that I am not doing anything illegal, immoral, or fattening – now that you refuse to redeem my survey. I shared that I did not believe it favorable for her to recite the law incorrectly or as an intimidation tactic.

I shared if such is a store policy – it should be posted then it would not appear that no discrimination was taken place based on my age; race; gender; sex; religion, color, etc.

I used to eat Popeyes all the time, but I noticed the chicken don't have much flavor any more and they took my favorite Cajun rice away. The customer service sucks. Popeyes chicken is now a thing of the past

First time we tried Popeyes was in Louisiana and have been looking for one in California found one about 45 minutes away and ordered some wings and chicken tenders to take home,first of all I found the cashier to be rude,and I was shocked when I opened the boxes to find that the wings were half the size on my fingers,and about 4 of the nuggets were just a small ball of nothing,I was so mad that I didn't even think about taking a picture,and to top it off they tasted old and rubbery,and not to mention that I was sticker shocked for what I was charged for it,shame on them,if this is the way all their restaurants are.

Das war das schlechteste Hühnchen was ich je gegessen habe. Fast kein Fleisch nur Panade und zäh (und das von einem Hühnchenfleisch).

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food last time i.ordered 1 week ago 12 sweet and spicy wings 6 barely had sauce 6 had none. I had to drive back to restaurant. Today I ordered 24 sweet and spicy wings and a chicken sandwich ordered placed 12 13 my ETA was 12 30 I wanted there till 1 10 PM and they gave me 18 wings instead of 24 and it was 45 mins late I'm not going back. Popeyes have officially stole money and food from me. Illinois should boycott places that continue to fail consumers and essentially steal from them bc there workers simply don't care about popeyes.

I would like to start out by saying I go to Popeyes twice a week. I am often in different locations. Recently, I had a bad experience with an employee at the Eddystone restaurant. The general manager reached out to me by phone and asked me to come to his restaurant to discuss the matter. I was highly satisfied with the way he handled it. I believe his name was Maman. He was a gentleman and his main concern was the customer satisfaction. Thank you for your help in this matter and I do love that chicken from Popeyes.

I personally recommend their 4 pc signature chicken combo, with a biscuit, and finally, subbing the mashed potatoes with mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is WAY better than it looks.

Great chiken service i recomended a delicious chiken with my friends and family,its very juicy and the atmosphere is super cool
