Extremely rude service

Popeyes at 5750 Beville Crossing Belleville Illinois ******* was the rudest and slowest service I have ever seen. It took 20 min for them to take my order and I asked for my drink cup while I was waiting I asked her 5 times face to face and ignored me then she looked at another employee and said could you get them their drinks before I rip their head off at that point I asked for refund it took manager 10 min to get to register then she txt on her phone in front of register for another 10 min then I got my refund and manager never said one word to me. I couldn't believe it

Terrible Service

Love the food but service is terrible. It don't matter what location you go, it's the same terrible service. I'm a shame having this kind of service in my City. Better off closing their doors.

Served rotten cole slaw at Crismon Rd. Mesa AZ location. Number on the receipt was for a different location on Power Rd. Associate at Power Rd. Said they get people calling them all the time to complain about the Crismon location and "that is a terrible store that should not even be open". My 17 year old daughter took a bite of the rotten cole slaw and ran to the kitchen to spit it out and was nauseated. The smell was horrific. We had to sterilize the spoon, sink and take the trash out immediately. My daughter could not eat any dinner, me wife was sickened. I couldn't eat anything for about an hour and then just a little red beans and rice. We had purchased the 16 piece classic family dinner with extra mac and cheese and extra gravy. We finally did call the Crismon store to warn them before they poisoned anyone with spoiled food. They asked us if we wanted more cole slaw. I'm sure you can imagine our response. I have left reviews everywhere I could. Your "Expert" "Chat Service" is a scam! They wanted my Credit Card number to charge me for a subscription service to report my dissatisfaction!

Half done food order!

I visited the Popeyes on Jonesboro road today for the first time. The food was terrible and half cooked. One of my wings was pretty done, the other was fatty and half done. The leg was have done as well. I ended up wasting over ten dollars for slop that could have been given to a pig. I moved from md a few months ago thinking hopefully because this was the south Popeyes might be better. Absolutely wrong! Never again!

Chicken nuggets

We got take out from popeyes to take home. I ordered the 8 piece nuggets. I had about 12 pieces...but 5 of them were nothing but breading and the rest of them were the slightly bigger than a marble...the small o marbles at that! I will never eat there again!
I cannot leave a receipt photo because they didn't give us a receipt.

I used the Popeye's App to order a meal on December 6th. While I made my way to the restaurant to pick it up, I had already received an email saying that due to a technical error, Popeye's will refund $28.43 that my credit card was charged. The restaurant obviously did not receive my order and helped me create a ticket. They asked me to pay the same amount again to order the meal I had ordered earlier. As I did not receive any further updates or responses from Popeye's for a week, I started writing to them asking for this refund. In spite of sending out at least 10 emails, which are either escalated to other Agents or the same Agent keeps telling me that the refund was processed on the same day and that I should contact my financial institution, I have yet to receive this refund. I fail to understand why a Bank needs to be contacted to release refunds sent by merchants. To say the least, this has really left a 'bad taste in the mouth' about this global company. I do not plan to ever purchase meals online or in store at this restaurant. What a nightmare!

New popeyes Wings

Firstly 'Id like to say I love Popeyes chicken, tonight I tried the wings. Normally I love the chicken I get from Popeyes tonight the wings were so greasy, it was almost inedible. I definitely will not be ordering wings again

Customer Service?

01/16/24 at Sahara and Jones Las Vegas NV approx 6-6:15 pm. Pulled in drive thru to get combo. 1 car at window and 1 car at speaker to order and then my car and others behind. NOT 1 car got to order until the window car left leaving at least 2-3 spaces in between at cars to get products. When it was my turn, I just drive on thru. They can keep their products if they can not service their customers quicker.

MAUMELLE ARKANSAS Erroneous charges on my credit card. Won't answer phone. Corporate office said they contacted the store and recommended they return the charge but still no response.
Looks like management is as crooked as some of the employees.

Manager Janette was rude

So me and my boyfriend goes to Popeyes the one in bvl and the manager was so rude handing out the food and drinks. So disrespectful and we wanted to get the manager she says she is the manager then she didn't apologize for her behavior. Don't come to this Popeyes staff was really rude

Every popeyes I've been to, the management is pure garbage juice.
The rudeness. The ghetto. The extremely slow unfriendly service sucks.
And they charge high end prices for deep fried run of the mill food, which they consistently get WRONG.
IDIOTS that work there

Popeyes used to be my favorite chicken place but now it's horrible. The chicken is tiny, the price is outrageous, the biscuits are dry. Years ago it was my favorite chicken. Now it's my least favorite. I don't know where they even find a chicken that small anywheres looks like the size of a pigeon: the flavor isn't the same it's just gone downhill big time. And I will say it again… the prices are crazy!

Don't Listen

I went to Popeyes witn my father and sister. I was attended to by an employee who mumbled his questions, cut me off, and worst of all, I asked for a combo of four chicken and four biscuits. I leave, open the box, only to find THREE chicken and TWO biscuits.

First of all I went to order the workers are so rude disrespectful they would tell me the price before I finished ordering. I got my food and I ordered four tenders and got 4 they were so thin way thin than u except paper thin and only got 4 went to ask for a refund they were being disrespectful and only gave me 2 thin pieces I waited for the manager and they never came really cold food. And the mac n cheese was brown all burnt. The worst! Never coming back and never go there! Never go to Popeyes GreenWood Indiana

I have not been to Popeyes in months because I was served raw chicken 3 times in a row so today 12/23/23 I give it another chance and I can say my experience was less than it should of been because I should have walked out instead of ordering. Staff was rude right off the bat cashier walked up to counter with her middle finger in her mouth with it pointing to me. Then while I'm waiting for my food I hear yelling and cussing about the drive thru and dine in orders. So after I recieve my food I go to sit down and the staff comes out to lobby and is busy playing on there phones and pretty sure drug deal went down with one of the employees from someone that walked in didn't order anything just came to see one person while they exchanged what I'm guessing was money for drugs. All my food was fresh and delicious until the final bite when I found another raw piece of chicken this will be my last time coming here it is embarrassing to watch a business run like this and to not even put out correct food is unacceptable I gave this place to many chance and I cab honestly say it will be it's last chance after today this was the west Carrollton, Ohio location from the hours of 3 pm to 4 pm this happened

Very poor service

On 12/17/2023 my wife and I placed an order on the app to be picked up at the Waterloo, Iowa location. They did not start the order until I arrived at the scheduled pickup time. When I returned to our hotel room I noticed that the order was incomplete and incorrect. I asked the ordering personnel and the supervisor why order on the app if you are not going start the order until I arrive. They told me the app does not work properly and were short and snippy with me. I will not go back to this location.
