The Popeyes location in Belle Chasse, LA is absolutely ridiculous with their wait times. I have never once been to this location without having to pull in the front and wait for at least 25 minutes. This is supposed to be FAST food! They need to do better!

The Popeyes in Virginia Beach Virginia is just sad. They are the slowest Popeyes I have ever visited. The workers are standing around talking and being rude.They always I mean always are running out of chicken it just doesn't make sense. They really really need to do better.

I stopped for a snack on a trip I was taking. I have always loved Popeye's chicken so I decided to get a small snack, 3 chicken strips, no breading and a small diet Coke. The price was over $12.00! I was incredulous! A family of 4 was eating a meal at a table. I was tempted to ask them if they had to refinance their home to pay for this meal!

Went to Popeyes for a large gravy 6.59 for it, and this is what I got.asked the lady and she said yes, that's three scoops. All I can say, is shame on Popeyes I will never return. I would post the receipt but she did not give me one….

Only one person was running the entire store the last time we went, and the chicken was so old and dried out that it was inedible. We literally couldn't get our teeth through it! First of all, I felt terribly sorry for this poor girl who was all alone, trying to deal with working the counter, the window, the cooking and the packing up of meals. It resulted in a horrible meal. Where in the world was the manager or the supervisor to help? Someone else should have been there. I bet the chicken on my sandwich had been sitting under the heat lamps for many hours...gross.
If Popeye's wants to survive around here, they need more employees, flat out. I was disgusted by both what I saw, and what I ate that night.

Stopped into the Popeye's on Miller Road in Flint, Michigan for the first time. Outside had trash everywhere. Asphalt was broken up and weeds growing up everywhere. It looked like a warzone. They stated they were only taking cash at the drive thru and debit or credit would need to go inside. I went inside and first thing you see is what looks like barf all over the front door glass. The inside looked as bad as the outside and the air conditioner wasn't working.
The workers were sweating all over the food and the place stank. Popeye's is the worst.

Ordered 3 pc dark meat, mild combo Recieved 4 piece chicken tenders, one was barely cooked. They also charged me a upchrage for soda, which I did not order, Went to return order, manager was VERY rude. Slammed chicken in box and refused to refund upcharge, which I did not order, I will never return to that Popeyes again. Really, at this point, probably will not return to Popeyes again. This was:Popeyes on Highway 20 in Buford west of Mall of Georgia.

This is the second time I've been to popeye's and been so disappointed. I won't go back again. Today I went about 11 o'clock 1130 ordered some Mac and cheese. A 12 piece family which came with 2 sides, biscuits and 12 pieces of chicken. I think the chicken half of it was from the night before. The macaroni and cheese was definitely from the night before it was a bowl of starts with more cheese mixed in, I would not be serving this to anybody. I'd be the same to even put it out. I was a kitchen manager for many years of a local restaurant. And I cannot believe the quality has sunk to this level, again...Not the first time, but the second am extremely disappointed. I'm on social security. I rarely get to go out and hope that it would be at least decent food. But I can't even call this decent food. I hope this helps anybody who may be just on the fence. Save your money and save your disappointment. No receipt given.$48.00

We asked for fresh chicken and they gave us chicken which almost looked black in color. You could taste the excess oil in the chicken

I waited in line for 5 minutes, then was next in line. I waited another 10 minutes and the employee looked at me and kept making up orders. Completing ignoring me! So rude and did not care at all! Finally I was so fed up I left and went to Chick-Fil-a where employees are very friendly and courteous!

Mejor pollo del mundo i liked it its better than kfc trust me i recommand it i ordered 5 chicken pieces its great

These $#*!s got frozen macaroni and pre red beans and rice close this organization right now they are killing us

Be careful when purchasing anything from popeye's with a credit card Be sure to get your receipt. Upon reviewing my account, I noticed I was charged twice for 1 order! When I went back to get it corrected they acted like I was trying to steal from them! Eventually they gave back my money no sorry for inconvenience or anything POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE! If I go back cash only!

August 9 me and 3 of my coworkers went for an early lunch we decided to go in and eat when we walked in the floor was sticky the counters have not been wiped down there was food all over the floors and chairs. The trash was there from the night before. Over by the drinks is smelled of mold and old cokes. You could tell it was never cleaned from the night before. The workers just sat down and ate instead of cleaning and it was only 10:30 in the morning. The manager stayed out side smoking whit 2 other's workers. Very bad place to eat will not ever go again. Stay away from this place

I love Popeyes chicken but my husband and I will not go anymore. We both got so tired of them taking away all their good sides and dishes. First it was their chicken tacos from years ago, they were so delicious, even better reheated. Then they took away their baked beans and spicy homemade onion rings, both the best I ever tasted, no exaggeration! But the camels straw was getting rid of the Cajun rice! That was the only side left that we truly loved! The only things left that are great there is the spicy chicken and biscuits. Not worth the trip just for that! Popeyes how about bringing some of it back!

Discrimination has two sides, justifiable and of course un justifiable. Food quality, and professional performance of duties, -consists of prevalent personal chatter, attention to work, processes in preparation of product 9 over the crust of chicken) having to repeat order details 3 or more times, the taste and quality of chicken are gone( old or longer periods of grease filtering), or change of:
Popeyes will fail and close due to employment proper screening of applicants, for the ability to display in their work habits attention to their job ethics- company's image and purpose.

Wherever they buy their chicken, they need to find another vendor. I purchased a 3 piece, did not receive the correct order. Dark meat instead of white,should have checked before I left restaurant. I also purchased a big box chicken legs look like they were from a baby bird with batter on them, 6 piece ghost pepper wings same thing, bones with battered fried on them. Meat was dark to the bone and appeared to be old frozen meat. I wasted 26.46 dollars and me and my grandson were still hungry, not greedy hungry because we had nothin to eat from this purchase. Awful, Awful, Awful.

Recently went to the Popeyes at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ, where I was cheated. The menu says 3 piece combo for $12.49. The combo includes one side and a small drink. When the order came, it had a medium drink and an extra $1.00 charge for the medium drink. When I said that I didn't order a medium drink, the server, also the manager, said that they didn't have small drinks. When I asked why wasn't I told that when I ordered, and complained that you can't just randomly charge people for something they didn't order, I got a shrug of the shoulders and a "sorry". They offered me another piece of chicken, but no refund. This is fraud. Do not eat there. And, by the way, the fries were awful and the chicken was so-so.

The food is good it's just the quality of the food much as the food cost the chicken should be meater you just don't get enough for your money's worth

Popeyes franchises refuse to accept their own gift cards, no reason given and corporate owner Bueger King says too bad!
