Total screwup chicken sandwich was cold ordered also blackened chicken strips and got sandwich in stead ordered mac and cheese got fries hand to go nbackn 3 times to get blackened chicken strips maqc and cheese was cold also will never go back stayb away impossible to screw order up more

First time trying Popeye's. Unfortunately when we opened the chicken up upon arriving home we found dark hairs on the chicken!

Had to use pickup order on the app.had to wait 15 minutes pass pickup time order was wrong sent it back got order was wrong again didn't get Receipt on E.Berry spent 39.00 ever upset will think again before using the app and that location

Terrible service no matter where the location, statewide or outside. They always run out of food, rude customer service, and never deliver what you order! How they're still in business I'll never know! And don't use the app to order, because it doesn't work and they refuse to give you your food, even though you present proof order is paid for! Don't waste your time or money! GHETTO AF! They need to be investigated and shut down!

I ordered a12 piece chicken box I got 1 breast the rest was legs,thighs and wings. I paid $52.00 for small pieces of chicken.
Won't buy anymore.

My husband and I along with our granddaughter frequent Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen quite often. We are on vacation in TN. We went into Popeyes in Sevierville but could not eat after seeing the place. It was beyond dirty. We first went to wash our hands and the sinks were dirtier than my hands and the floors in and out of the restrooms were nasty. Someone seriously needs to clean that place up. We went on to the one in pigeon forge and ate lunch.

I have given Popeyes at 839 Cleveland st east point Ga more than enough changes to get it right and they fail every time. For one they are not properly training their young crew members especially the drive cashiers. They never greet with a smile just throw the food at you thur the window no eye contact or thank you and slam the window in your face and walk away. This is unacceptable there are other food chains I can give my money to and I promise this one here I will not. They don't listen and follow instructions when giving your order. All thumbs down to this Popeyes they need help.

Lima Road Location is RUDE and will NEVER go back. Spend so much money for the wrong food and rude customer service. Never again. Sicken

This franchise effort known as Popeye's Chicken was the best out there for two decades. They lost whatever magic there was, the food quality is now pretty bad, I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. Tons of places to eat before this option now. The chicken was once juicy and crisp and their sides such as red beans and rice or Cajun rice were awesome a decade ago but all that food and taste quality is gone. Don't waste your time or money on Popeye's.

Used to be an experience, Louisiana Kitchen! Now its just just small portioned dried up fried over fried chicken with no flavor,no Dirty rice and they have raised the price so much I will never go back,if Im paying that much for garbage food,Im going to pay th fir an actua restaurant! Sad and dissapointing,I used to really love going there.

Lousy customer service At the popeye's on ellsworth In Queen Creek. Long story shoit evolved around a free rewards on chicken nugget say would not honor. Because they didn't have it listed wouldn't do anything for m I go there once a week I will never go back foods great sock service

100 Debaun loop in Chesapeake va has the worst service I've ever seen. I ordered my food then waited 15 minutes and got annoyed so I pulled back through the drive through for them to tell me they hadn't even start my order. Mean while every car behind me was getting their orders and the workers say '3 more minutes' but it's been another 10. Popeyes also doesn't do refunds even if it's their $#*! up how about that.

Food is good when they have it. Green Bay Wisconsin location is out of something too often. I've kept going back for personal purchases, it's a 50/50 chance I leave with an order. I will not do deliveries for Popeyes until they figure out what needs to be done to get it done. I show up to be told I need to cancel the customers order. Not good for anyone's business when they're out of chicken items and soda.

First they forgot my biscuits then they forgot my sauce! Always check if they forget anything! Otherwise pretty good food.

Popeyes is a great place to eat.the workers are all friendly and kind and the GM Garry Morris is also friendly as always when you go!

I ordered a two piece box of fried chicken at the cost of $10 $9.98. I got a breast and thighs. The breast were so dried out all that Lowes was Chris Chris crispy and stale red beans and rice was the red beans and rice was mostly rice, if there was a way to get my money back, I would love that but if you want fried chicken Publix fried chicken is so much better and if you want some spicy, I recommend a non-breaded wings thank you Michael Waters *******@yahoo
