The lady that took my order and handed me my food was super nice and helpful, and my food was fresh and hot, super happy.

Went to treat myself to lunch, and ordered a shrimp box and a Mango Frozen Lemonade. I was going to be handed a frozen lemonade when I told the gal I ordered a Mango Frozen Lemonade, she made the correction. Then I asked for cocktail sauce for my shrimp. I arrived back at my office and discovered that she poured out the Frozen Lemonade and put the Mango Frozen Lemonade in the same cup, gross, and then my cocktail sauce was actually hot sauce! Not leave the drive-through until I know my future order is complete!

Just stopped for chicken at the Mountain Home store in Arkansas. They have raised their prices to 2.00 per piece of chicken and that includes a wing! Ordered a 12 piece box and when I learned how much the raised their price I told them it was a public rip and they said inflation sir. My reply BS, you just lost a customer you've had for years. I suggest boycott and make them bring down their prices.

Today had to be the second worst day of my visit to Popeye's Bisquit's and Chicken. About six months ago I visited the Popeyes store number 5809 located at 2496 Wabash Ave in Springfield, Illinois. Today at 5:21 pm. My order number was 13, Wow, talk about being unlucky. I had just mentioned to my wife how this used to be one of the best Popeyes in the city. However, my last visit was not very pleasant. I believe in given second chances because I know of the trials and tribulations that can occur working in a restaurant. But now, I have made up my mind that that was the last chance! I had ordered two large Red Beans and rice and six Bisquit's at the Drive-Thru. The order was repeated by one of the staff members and confirmed by me. When I got to the window, after a longer than normal waiting period, I paid for my order then was handed Three large Red Beans & Rice. I blew my horn to get the attention of the staff member but was ignored, twice. I then tapped on the window but that must have aggravated the guy, Sorry! When I tried to explain there was a mistake, that this is not what I order, his response was, "IT WAS" with a serious attitude. This upset my wife and I turned to her and said let me handle this. I explained once again that this was not what I had ordered. He then asks me for my Debit Card, and I asked him Why? He did not give me an answer, instead, he asked me to return one of the Red Beans & Rice, which I did. He then threw the Red Beans & Rice into the trash and forcefully handed me my Bisquit's. This used to be one of the BEST locations of all the Popeyes I have ever frequented, and I have been going to Popeyes since I was 16 years old, now 67. As much as I love and appreciate the way the Chicken and prices are. I now must say farewell, because I refuse to be treated like an undeserving human being!

Had not been to Popeyes in about a year. As a family that only eats Fish And Poultry, Popeyes was a go to at least once a month. But, had not been to one since 2022. Decided to go to a Popeyes in another state while traveling 7/10/2023, expected to get a great bunch of chicken for the family. Ordered Chicken sandwiches and tenders for some. Every one in family was appalled of how the Popeyes chicken had changed. Absolutely terrible breading on all the chicken. In reading reviews the following day we were not the only ones that were disappointed about the terrible lack of delicious chicken from the past. We along with all our relatives have eaten our last pieces of Popeyes [Chicken?] Times change but, Popeyes has not changed for the better. Wanted to give a ZERO rating. But, we will do it with our money spent elsewhere. Good by old friend, money speaks louder than words when it comes to poorly prepared food.

I enjoyed having Popeyes delivered from Geneva Illinois store. It arrived hot and fresh no thanks to Door Dash. They left it on he ground at an outside entrance, not the main entrance. Several seniors in the building helped me hunt for it after I was notified it was delivered. Kudos to Popeyes. Door Dash NOT so inch.

I bought sides the other night what a disappointment! Mashed potatoes gravy were great but also bought red beans and rice did not like it at all dont know what everyone says wooo it's the best not! Biscuits have always been good not this type no fluff and dry and testing old! Bought gallon of tea very good! Now order taker at microphone was not listening and acted like he didn't know the items on order screen. Guess next time will have to go farther maybe food better at another location. You know they say the cooks are who makes food taste great I truly believe that!

Everyone always says it mid or bad but honestly, try it yourself! I personally think it's amazing! Very underrated. My favorite is their swiss and bacon chicken sandwich with their macaroni and cheese! I love Popeyes honestly!

I like to come here for drive tour, they are fast and they have a very good service all te people here are very nice

Popeyes rip me off. Gave me cold food without a receipt to bring the cold food back. Didn't answer phone. Totaled rip off

Six piece ghost pepper wings were not hot at all and I was very disappointing. Give it to my kids. They said it was not hot either.

Needed setup in Tallassee Al cuz here too many hamburgers businesses. Hope setup Popeyes here and I am sure people will go to your business

I went to store ******* – Center Point Alabama

I waited more than 40 minutes in line, then told at the window, I could not add to my order and the, I had to pay extra for any sauce after spending $$64.65 in a chicken order. The female in the window acted as if I was lucky, she was there to take my order. I would never have had her in the drive-thru. She was totally rude! The sides were not as promoted. We only got small cups of mashed pot. And mac/chz. Not large portions as on the screen.

I drove 30 minutes one-way to get Popeye's chicken. I realize that was a mistake. I came into this location prior to the time stamp of 6/16/2023 – 5:21 p.m. CST. I did not leave the drive-in until after 6:00 p.m. CST.

Order was NOT delivered and when went to the store manager at the store and the one I spoke to on the phone pretty much said not their problem and don't care when I said I would never order from them again. No customer service!

The 34st and 6ave north Popeyes is not has no respect for employees or customers. Management is horrible. They will not allow you to file a complaint.They will over talk you and have you running in circles. The treatment I received today while being high risk pregnancy is uncalled for and discriminatory.
