Popeyes is the worst Popeyes I ever seen. They have a sign on the drive-thru close due to inspection. No food as of June 13th, 2023. I placed a call to the corporate office in the guy that I spoke with said the owners is going to like that. Whomever they owners are they better get them so call managers out of there or their store will be closed down. Its not fare to the workers that are good and the bad ones will have everyone there without a job. I have never seen a place of business operate that way the lobby is never open they always have the door locked and you can't go in and sit down and have a meal they close the store before 10:00 p.m. every night. Whoever the owers are you better do something and fast. Thank you TT

Tried store #8534 in Lutz Fl 3x in past 2 months. 1st two times, they were out of fried chicken. Said it would be 10 minutes the 2nd time. No wait option the 1st time. They were just out. 3rd time, tonight, I ordered a 3 piece meal, dark, and when I got home and opened the box there were only 2 pieces in it.
Don't waste you time ordering from this franchise. You'll be disappointed every time!

Went to a local grocery store and got an 8 pieces of fried chicken and coleslaw for@$14.00. More than have of what it would have cost at Popeyes.

It takes minimal effort to run a team and laurel/magnolia store sSucks Balls, They cant run Popeyes other than keep Children behind the counter with defects grossly put

We went to Popeyes on Zero St. In fort smith Arkansas and the air conditioning was not working and it was near 90° outside. We got take out since their was no air conditioning. When we got home 1 order was wrong and all the food tasted like it was leftover from the day before. Needless to say, we will never go back. Not to mention the kid that took our order was very dirty looking and not friendly. If I were running a food store I would hire someone clean and customer friendly.

Popeye's used to be our favorite chicken place. We loved the chicken strips and Mar y Tierra. Now we won't visit anymore. The chicken strips portion is pathetic and it doesn't taste the same. The strips by just looking at them are very different. It looks like pressed chicken pieces.
It is a disappointing experience. We hope it goes back to the way it was

Everyone with the exception of one employee was rude as hell and had no social skills or manners. Regular social rejects with no hope of ever getting a decent job.

I ordered 5 wings and a 12 piece. I got mostly breast 2 wings. Bad service at the Popeyes on Burleigh in Milwaukee. I gave her 50.17 my total was 42.17 she gives me the wrong change back I complain she tells me she is right. She gets the manager and tells the manager she can't cause she has a mouth. So disrespectful. I want a full refund. My chicken was soggy. Didn't get what I ordered. I am so mad

Visited the Popeyes at 5750 Belleville Crossing St, Belleville, IL *******, on 20 May 2023. Purchased a eight peice with one large side and four biscuits. The chicken had no flavor (not seasoned) and was overcooked and dry. After three bad experiences, Popeyes will no longer be a resterunt I patronize. Over the years the quality of the product has deterated to the point I can't support the business anymore. Time for a major revamp of product/service.

Overcooked wings. Really bad. Why don't you clowns try to serve fresh food? I cannot stand wings that are overcooked. Find some employees that care!

We went through the drive through to get Ghost Pepper wings and Butterfly Shrimp. The first time through we got the wings, but received Popcorn Shrimp and no sauce. On the second trip through we handed back the Popcorn Shrimp and received the Butterfly Shrimp, and when we asked for the sauces, we received 3 marinara sauces and no sauce for the wings like we all see on the TV ads.
The food was good. We just wanted it as advertised.

Manager very rude, took my order never gave me my food all my money back. Will never go back to that Popeyes again, which is a shame because I love Popeyes.

Millenials and Gen Z'ers with a cob up their butts that they have to 'work'. No personality, no concept of customer service. When's the last time one of these young generation employees actually said 'thank you' for your purchase? Of course in some cases they don't understand or speak English so I guess some allowance should be made.

I had several large bugs crawling around in my sweet tea. Do not even think about it…newberry has the worst Popeyes.

My coworker & I went there today & we waited for darn near an hour for our food. My coworker had to go inside to get when they told us they would bring it out yo us. They claimed they had to make fresh chicken but it definitely was not "fresh." Things were also missing from our order. TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT GO BACK! If I could give no stars then I would.
